Lincoln City awaits with this coastal getaway close to the beach! With a full kitchen, beachy decor, and a sunny patio, it will be difficult to leave this lovely home. Wecoma Beach is just across the street which offers easy access to seven miles of sandy shores! Not only is the beach mere steps from home base, this retreat also boasts a gorgeous interior complete with a spacious layout and fully equipped kitchen. Take meals out to the patio area and indulge in a glass of wine in the salty air to end each perfect day away. Plus, the private gas grill will come in handy if you want to cook up some veggies and have a cookout with loved ones. Settle down each night with a warm mug of tea and cuddle up next to the wood-burning fireplace as the stars come out.

One of the most popular destinations for an Oregon Coast weekend getaway, Lincoln City offers more restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and entertainment options than other towns nearby. Of course, the great outdoors is the real reason to stay in Lincoln City, and a comfy coastal Oregon vacation rental is wonderful to come home to after a long day of adventure. Seven miles of sandy beach provides ample space for surfing, kite flying, sandcastle building, beachcombing, and birdwatching.

House needs help
Come in through back door to a laundry room. Dryer broken(told we’d get $60 back, nope) First small bd has double bed. Bathroom has no lights and it took several flushes to get 1 square of paper down. Plunger filthy. Slippers stairs no lights. Kitchen full of broken items but nice huge stove (who wants to cook on vaca?). Couch very uncomfortable. 2bd room bunk beds, 3rd room king size bed. Other king size bed in attic accessible by straight standing ladder. House for Sale. Nice view and access to beach

Wonderful stay with my family
We had a great stay here with our kids. The beach is right across the street and we just walked over to play and swim. The house had an authentic beach vibe and was plenty big for our family of 7. Beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place across the street from ocean.
Literally feet away from the beach. Nice view from house. House is very nice and clean. Great place. Guest services not allowing me to enter until 4pm when I knew cleaning people had already left was a little annoying. But we just waited outside for an hour.

Great location, unique house
I love this house and location, it's unique and you can't beat being right across the street from the beach. With all that being said the house is for sure showing it's age and lack of improvements. This was my 4 visit over a 12 year span and while I love this house, this was our last visit. The couch needs to be replaced it's so uncomfortable it hurts. The kitchen while pretty well stocked has things like the only knife is broken and missing part of it's handle. The toilets now take 2 flushes just to get everything down, this is everytime you use it. I was super happy they finally removed the white carpet in the dining/living room, it was so stained, so good move there, the only down fall is the floor is coming apart in areas and sagging so it fells like you will fall though in one part. Forewarning the beds are beyond soft, not much support. Most every towel we picked up was stained with something. Like I said I love this house and all it has to offer but it's for sure showing age. And please remove the old key lock boxes, there is 3 total and you only need the one, or at least label the one in use.

Nice home, but has some issues
We loved how cozy this house was, and how close it was to the beach. However the front door does not lock from the outside, you have to lock it from the inside and go out the back. The toilets also had a lot of issues flushing and slowly backing up.

Great location!
The house set up is quirky but had plenty of space for our group of 6. We loved the easy beach access. House was mostly clean (some pots & pans were really dirty and the fridge was stinky and dirty) but we were happy with the clean bedrooms, bedding, and bathrooms. The kids loved staying up in the attic space. Overall it was a good stay.

The View!
This house is in the perfect location, it's directly across the street from a public access point to the beautiful beach. The house is a little off the beaten path so there's not a lot of traffic. Close enough to the grocery store you can ride your bike, there's pickleball courts about 6 blocks away, but again, the view! We had 6 adults and all had room to breath in this house, the bedrooms are separated nicely for privacy, the beds are comfortable and it was clean. It needs a little maintenance in a few spots and the couch needs to be replaced as it's broken down and uncomfortable. We will definitely return to this spot - wonderful!!

Amazing house!
This is one of the best houses we have ever stayed at. It’s very cozy and comfortable and just quirky enough to make it a fun place to stay. Very well appointed kitchen. Great decor. Someone has loved this place and it shows. Wonderful view of the beach out front and a nice patio set up in the back. Will definitely be our go to place on the Oregon coast!

Eclectic home with great layout and appliances, quiet neighborhood across from beach access.
This was a very nice stay and comfortable home. Great layout for two couples. Nice appliances, patio. Art in the home and the history was very interesting. Vacasa experience could be improved by consolidating communication in one format rather than spreading across the phone app, emails and text messages - never knew where to look for information. No instructions on how to operate the jetted tub and didn’t received a response in 2 days how to operate gas fireplaces after inquiring by email and text.

Spotless
We’ve stayed here before. Again, great place and the interior has been added to again. In addition, the place was spotless. A key was missing and the local property manager was on it. Highly recommended to anyone

Family beach trip
Accommodation was perfect for beach access. Very clean. Kitchen was supplied great! Family loved the house. Negative: cleaners said ant traps would be brought, but we’re not- we’re all over house.

Enjoyable beach accomodation

Great get away
Such a unique home. Older and eclectic made it feel like such a cozy retreat. Need to make sure the occupants of the 2nd king bed can safely climb a ladder to the loft. We truly enjoyed our time. Right across the street to way beach access. No rocks to climb over or stairs.

Great Beach Location
Great location for beach access. Compact but charming cottage, cutely decorated with an extremely well stocked kitchen. It’s obvious a lot of effort went into the property but agree with other reviews that’s it’s time to rehab the sofa. Nice backyard. Some written instructions for the fireplace and the jacuzzi tub would be a welcome addition. Recommend the property.

Not up to my standards
The kitchen smelled like grease, oven was dirty, found old grease on cabinet by the stove and cabinet where the kitchen garbage was kept was dirty. The downstairs bathroom smelled like body odor, stains on the bedspread in the master, and a banana sticker was stuck to a blanket for the bunk beds. Garbage found by the window seat and the house was just dusty. The dryer was full of clothing. The flooring between the kitchen and dining room is soft, like you might fall through. The house just didn’t smell clean. The sofa needs cleaning. I have rented multiple houses and have never had a problem.

Charming & cozy historic house
Instantly we felt at home. This house has all the creature comforts of home and then some. Fun decor, super comfy bed, amazing location. The loft is cute but the ladder is slightly terrifying. No complaints here and we hope to return again.

Relaxing getaway in Lincoln City, OR
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wecoma Creekside. This historic beach house had a maximum occupancy of six people but plenty of space for people to spread out. Next door is their other property, Watavue, which sleeps 18. The property has two bedrooms with queen sized beds, as well as a room in the attic with a queen bed. Due to city ordinances, we couldn't use the bunk bed, but that wasn't an issue. Each room had its own heating controls. The gourmet kitchen had a Viking stove with four burners and a griddle top. There was a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and Subzero refrigerator. The two bathrooms had heated towel bars and showers with good pressure. The master bath had a jacuzzi tub - a little difficult to figure out how to use, but worked well. The mud room has some rain jackets and boots if you want to make a trip to the tide pools. It also has a washer and dryer for laundry. This house is located across the street from the beach, which is ultra convenient. From Lincoln City you are centrally located to Newport (45 min), Tillamook (1 hour) and Salem (1 hour). I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to get away and relax.

Amazing beach home!
We enjoyed our stay at this spotless and well stocked beach home, we loved the front ocean view .. only a few feet from the beach. The house is detailed decorated, cozy and very comfortable! Loved the rain shower heads! Will recommend with family snd friends and will rent again!

Fun and quirky
As the other reviews have said carpet could use replacing and couch is not very comfortable. But the beds were comfy, clean, and it is such a bonus to be so close to the beach. It would be helpful to have instructions on how to run the spa bathtub. I also recommend trimming the tree out front so you could have more of an ocean view.

Great location and high end fixtures
The house has been done up with really high end fixtures such as the amazing bath tub and showers, Viking stove and very well stocked kitchen. Literally steps across the street to the beach! Beds were super comfy. All the decorations and lights were lots of fun. Something to note the second king bed is in a loft that requires climbing a steep ladder through a small opening. My boys loved the loft, but it might not be for everyone. The bunk beds shown are not for sleeping according to the sign there. The carpet and upholstery were noticably soiled. The most frustrating thing is the small tree/bush that almost completely blocks the ocean view from the front windows and porch. Please trim that tree and you'd be able to watch the sunset from the front porch!
