This house is located in town in a gated community called Riviera Tulum. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but yet close enough to everything. The drive to the beach is approximately 10 minutes.
The house is completely private. The backyard is enclosed with a plunge pool, perfect for an afternoon swim. The upstairs balcony has amazing views of sunrise or sunset.
The house has plenty of luxuries, including air conditioning, WIFI, TV, and full kitchen.

and shops.

The neighborhood Riviera Tulum is a gated community, very safe and quiet. There are 24 hour patrols and it’s very family - friendly.

We are happy to help with arrangements for scooter, bicycles, or rental cars. We have discounts available for rental cars and bicycles.
We also can put you in contact with our taxi drivers so that they can pick you up or drop you off whenever you need.
We are more than happy to arrange airport transportation as well.

Beautiful home!!

Loved the home, listing was very spot on… house is exactly as it is in the pictures!! The pool was nice especially on a very hot day!! The only drawback was there was ants, the upstairs bathroom was hot, no ac, and the bedcover in the main bedroom was torn..should have been changed! But overall I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely stay again!!!

Tulum

Location was good for sites in and near Tulum. Place was as shown in the pictures. Very modern and had everything you need. Only issue encountered was an ant problem. They were even upstairs in our beds starting with the first night. Do not leave ANY food out (family member left out a loaf of bread the first night) or you will be dealing with 1000's. They did not bite but were certainly an annoyance for all. The gentleman taking care of the pool and house was available if you needed him. He was kind enough to help us out when my daughter-in-law forgot the Wifi device from Avis and dropped it off at another location so we would not be charged for it. Would recommend if you can put up with the ants.

Fantastic vacation!

We are a family of 4 and stayed at this beautiful home for a week! Manuel was great and super helpful, the neighborhood felt safe and it was a 5 min drive to the beach, downtown Tulum and many beautiful cenotes! We rented bikes, scooters, went snorkling and spent time on the beach and just relaxing at the house with the goregeous pool! Thank you for such a memorable trip, if we can, we would definitely return! Mil gracias!!!!

Beautiful house, quiet community

This was a beautiful home, very friendly staff, and quiet neighborhood. 10/10 reccommend, I wouldn’t recommend this place for family’s since the stairs don’t have a handrail and could be dangerous for kids other than that love it!

I enjoy travel, exploring, nature, and my family. My team and I work hard to make sure your vacation is perfect. Tulum itself is a treasure to explore, relax on the white sand beach, or snorkel in the turquoise water. There are the famous ruins of the Mayan city Chichen Itza located about 1 1/2 hours away, served by many tour operators. We highly recommend you plan a day in the Sian Ka'an biosphere. It is an expansive, beautiful, protected area that covers miles and miles of lagoon, beach, and mangrove. You will be blown away by the variety of birds, fish, dolphin, and other wildlife. Nearby there are dive shops, kite surfing shops, and places to rent kayaks or paddleboards. I'm lucky to have a great team, including Wendy, Angelica, Jhoanna, Josue, and more. Although they each contribute to the overall guest experience, I am always a phone call or email away in case you need anything for your stay.
