Newly renovated high-end studio beach cottage with beautiful views of the ocean. The perfect couples getaway. This cottage has four hundred square feet of living space and cathedral ceilings. It is open for Two guest. The cottage has a king size bed, sofa 75 inch TV.
All new appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer. The photos and video say it all. The location of this property is it biggest asset situated right at the beach access and only about a five minute walk to restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and shopping. There is so much to do that is so close to this location there is no property quite like it. YOUR PARKING SPOT IS BETWEEN THE COTTAGE AND THE BEACH ACCESS. DISREGARD THE NO PARKING SIGN THAT IS THERE SO NO ONE PARKS IN YOUR SPOT.
WHEN PARKING YOUR CAR IN DRIVEWAY PLEASE MOVE AS FAR FORWARD AS POSSIBLE. OCCATIONALY THERE WILL BE A SERVICE PERSON OR PROPETY MATAINCE PERSON WHO WILL PARK BEHIND YOU. THIS SERVICE PERSON WILL BE ON THE PROPERTY FOR A SHORT TIME AND WILL MOVE THERE VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY UPON REQUEST. The home is on the beach so It is important to keep all doors and windows closed so that bugs from outside do not enter the cottage. We spray the outside every two weeks to minimize there presence.
There are no linens for beds
You will need to to bring or rent from local linen company
I can provide you with companies that rent linens and towels in area.
You can also bring king size linens and towels if you do not want to rent.

Stayed at the property for the first time and was very pleased with the location, the lovely cottage and easy communication with Stephan for the view things that popped up while at the cottage. We will definitely be back.

Very convenient location, cottage was clean and comfortable for two people. Love that it has a king size bed and a well stocked kitchen. Stephan was very responsive. A great host.

Stefan was very nice and available by phone if we needed him. The property was right at the beach access so that was really nice. It had all appliances which was nice to make the stay more enjoyable because if we wanted to wash dishes or laundry it made it less “work” for us. Overall, I would stay here again and we really enjoyed our time at the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The furniture and decor were just the right amount of ocean memorabilia. The whole place was clean and the bed was just the right size and comfortable. The easy access to the beach and the ocean sounds were a plus. This was our third time to come to Atlantic Beach and these were the best accommodations we’ve had. We did.not have much interaction with the host but we did receive prompt response to our questions. We recommend this apartment!

Very clean and the host communicated well wanting to make sure we had a great stay! The kitchen equipment/utensils was minimal but worked for us since we were only staying a couple of days. If you bring your own linens consider bringing a kitchen towel and hand towels for the bathroom. The deck was perfect to sit on and enjoy the beautiful spring weather. We will definitely rebook if we come back to Atlantic Beach in the future!

We had vacationed many times near the ocean but after vacationing in an ocean front home in Atlantic Beach we new this was the only place we wanted to be. . You can walk only a few minutes from the home to fantastic ocean front restaurants, ice cream and shopping. We love to visit the historic town Beaufort which is a very short drive from our home. My wife children and I love to fish. We are now only steps away from the beach and a few minute drive to Atlantic Beach and Morehead City charter fishing. There is so much to do in Atlantic Beach and that fact had some influence on us buying this property. The Major influence was the home itself. The incredible time we spent relaxing on the porch and enjoying all the beach had to offer was the main reason we bought this property.
