Enjoy a Condo with a "Vue." Relax in an updated two-bedroom condo at the popular Beachside Colony community. The Vue 235 is a perfect escape for your next Tybee Vacation!
This condo is located on the third floor of The Vue building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to two pools, and two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and an onsite restaurant, the Deck. The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo will welcome guests with plenty of space and a balcony overlooking the pools and manicured garden area, the onsite restaurant and bar, and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Watch the sunrise from the comfort of your private balcony!
The open plan living and dining area is comfortably furnished and includes a sleeper sofa for additional guest sleeping space and a large flat-screen TV. The dining area has seating for 4 at the table, and the adjoining breakfast bar has seating for 2. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher to make preparing meals at home a breeze. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use.
The primary bedroom has a King bed, a TV, and a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, and there is an additional bathroom with a tub and shower combination in the hall. Wireless internet is available at the property. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
