Great location. Very clean. Excellent view of everything from the balcony. The kitchen was very nice, plenty of room to prepare food & have an informal buffet. We only moved the car on our last day, everything was close enough to walk. Highly recommended!

Our host was very helpful. The condo was great and in a great location. Close to the beach with a great view of the ocean from the porch. It was nice to be walking distance to all types dinning and shops.

The location was great ! It was a short walk to the beach and fishing pier! The pool was about half a block walk and was a very nice environment with a lots of nice seating arrangements around the pool. Down street was lots of store to buy souvenirs, snacks and forgotten items. The condo was a great side for our family of 4 . The patio was a great spot to sit and relax , coffee in the morning and watch the sun rise, at night have a drink and watch the boats come in and out . All the instructions for the property were great , Sonny did a great job answering any of our questions. The only down side to this property that we had trouble with was the parking , we have a full size truck and have to squeeze into a parking spot that was not very accessible from the alley way it was tight , and if there are cars park behind you u can’t make it in from the middle of the complex , otherwise we definitely would rent this space again

This particular unit was literally in the heart of it all. Steps away from the beach, the pier, the pavilion and all the food and shops. Private parking is a HUGE plus as well! We highly recommend to anyone considering a trip to Tybee Island to check put this unit!

Property was just as described. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. The only small issue we had was the parking. If driving a full size extended cab truck it is hard to get parked in that garage. Not impossible just tight. Other than that everything was great. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Nice and peaceful

We enjoyed being able to walk to everything we wanted to do - beach, pier, shops, food. I loved going to sleep and waking up listening to the waves and the birds.

Quick 2 night getaway. Perfect location very close to everything you’ll need. Very clean condo and simple process to book check in and check out. Will def be back

We enjoyed the pool almost daily. Communication was supportive by the hosts. The facility was clean. Could have used more kitchen ware. An additional fry pan that is larger than the one we had. A dish clothe to wipe off counters. Cleaning spray to use on counters. More dishwasher pods. Larger bars of soap.

Great beachfront condo

We luv the condo! It had everything we needed & the rental co was fabulous & very responsive. It would’ve been perfect if the 1st bay garage door hadn’t broken but we appreciate being allowed to park in the owners spaces near the fence.

Perfect location on TyBee Island!

The property is located across a quiet street from the beach, which was a perfect location for us. The condo was immaculate with very comfortable beds. Everything we could want was provided. There were several very good restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend the property and will try to stay there again next time we are in the area.
