Cute beach side condo with 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bath, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and living room with a sofa bed. Walk right out to the beach or to the heated pool. The Beach House Restaurant is right across the street as well as a small grocery, delicious S&S takeout Seafood, and tasty Island Ice Cream. You are only one mile from the Hangout and all the events downtown Gulf Shores has to offer. Tons of restaurants less than a 10 minute drive. Plenty of fun things to do in addition to just relaxing on the beach.

Condo was right on the beach which was great and convenient. The store, ice cream shop and the 2 restaurants across the street were nice as well. Condo itself was cozy and has everything you need for a beach vaca. Family had a great trip!

One step to the beach

The unit we stayed in was on the second floor so when we went to the balcony area we had spectacular views of the beach and after going down the stairs you are stepping onto the beach. Sunset Village is just minutes from restaurants and shopping. We chose to cook a little then try a new restaurant the next time. We will be back next year.

Cozy place.

It was just enough room for two. If you are attached to your pillow I would bring it along. This was a nice quiet complex and we enjoyed our stay. The location is great.

Great value on the beach!

This was our first VRBO experience and we were not disappointed. I didn’t want to be in a high rise and this was a great find. Literally just a few steps from the beach and parking directly beneath the unit - easy in and easy out. The owner responded almost immediately to all of my inquiries and even assisted us with locating extra parking for family that visited for an afternoon. Keep your expectations realistic - the property is obviously a bit older, but the overall feel is a bit charming and this specific unit was clean and stocked with all we needed. I deducted one star for accuracy of listing only because the photos make it seem larger than it actually is - but in all fairness I feel that nearly all listings use similar photography these days. The bedrooms are small with just enough room to sleep comfortably - but tough for the extra space that luggage takes up. It was just myself and the hubby, so we slept in one and kept our bags in the other😁. The bathroom is similarly small - but again, clean and functional. We had some rainy and cold weather and thus found ourselves stuck inside for a bit - so I feel the need to mention that it may be time to replace the sofa sleeper, it’s definitely seen more comfortable days as a sofa (can’t speak regarding the sleeper aspect). We stayed in November and we found it quiet - but I can’t speak to how it is during the busy season. All in all, this was a great value on the beach in Gulf Shores and would recommend!

Awesome stay!!

The condo was very clean and neat. It was in a great location close to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach!! The pool was a added bonus and was kept very clean. I am a smoker so the fact they had a designated smoking area for smokers was very nice. Especially this day and age! The one complaint me and my son had was the steps in the middle of the condo. They were very narrow but the steps on the end somewhat made up for it. George and Wendy were absolutely awesome about answering any questions or concerns I had! All in all a absolutely awesome place to stay. Plan on going back soon!!!

Nice clean friendly place convenient for eating establishments , convince store fully stocked across road ..loved the closeness of the beach. Stairs were killers after a day on the beach..but overall a 10..

Great stay!

This was a great vacation stay! The condo was very clean, which is usually a concern for my family with a child with severe environmemtal allergies. Not 1 issue this week! The condo was stocked more than expected and the owners, George and Wendy, were in touch before our trip with all the info. They also provided their numbers should we have any issues or questions, which we didn't. We are very pleased with our stay and had a great week making memories!

Perfect Beachside Stay

This is a terrific Gulf Shores condo on the beach. Loved walking out the door, down stairs and stepping into the sand. It’s beautiful and easy to navigate. The kitchen is thoughtfully and generously outfitted. You can walk across the street for groceries, restaurant and ice cream!

Great stay!

Sunrise Village is a small complex with a short walk to the beautiful Gulf. The sunsets are amazing in the winter months! This condo was a perfect get away from the cold of Michigan!
