Our units come with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, towels and bed linens, complementary wifi and cable TV. Any guest booking with us must be at least 25 years of age and sign our rental agreement. We do not rent to locals. This unit comes with 2 parking passes, unfortunately, the HOA does not allow us to give additional out.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
