Royal Kahana 618 is a cozy studio with spectacular views! Enjoy space for additional guests in the main living area. This unit comfortably sleeps 3 guests with a king-size bed and a twin-size bed. Enjoy indoor dining for two or dine al fresco on your private lanai while you take in the stunning views. This studio has a fully equipped kitchen for the meals you decide to dine in. This unit has a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Stay cool with central air conditioning and ceiling fans or open your lanai door to enjoy those cool ocean breezes. This unit comes equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Royal Kahana is an oceanfront resort on the West coast of Maui between the Kaanapali and Kapalua neighborhoods. Royal Kahana has some of the best ocean views of Kahana Beach! Enjoy Maui's sunsets as well as having a rare opportunity to sneak a peek at the majestic Humpback Whales that visit in the winter. Royal Kahana is centrally located to many restaurants and shops. Just a short walk away, you can enjoy a variety of restaurant choices from Maui Brewing Company to take out Sushi at Miso Phat. Kahana is just a short drive to Lahaina town and Front Street, dining and entertainment at Whaler's Village in Ka'anapali, and championship golf courses in Kapalua. You are also welcome to all the amenities that Royal Kahana provides such as table tennis, shuffleboard, fitness center, heated pool, and gas grills on site.

* Please note Royal Kahana charges a parking fee of $18 per night plus applicable tax. This fee is collected at the front desk of the property between the hours of 8am-8pm. If you are arriving after 8pm, please register your vehicle at the night-watch desk and pay your parking fees the following morning. Please note that this fee is charged by the Royal Kahana Resort, which is not affiliated with My Perfect Stays.

Great little place

Getting into the condo was super easy. This is a great place to stay when not traveling with too many other people. Washer and dryer in the unit where a plus!

First time Maui trip

The property was exactly as advertised and more. It was close to 3 great places to dine, beaches and the bus line. It was a perfect base of operation for our first trip to Hawaii. We were able to explore the local beaches and enjoy the sunset from room. Pool on site was a great place to unwind at the end of the day.Check in and check out were easy. I would stay again.

We were very pleased with our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to local restaurants and shops if we wanted, and beach access was a breeze. Beautiful views, comfortable bed, ample amenities. We really appreciated having beach chairs and a cooler available to use and laundry detergent. It was nice to be able to wash our clothes after a day at the beach! The staff on site was very welcoming and kind. Parking was easy and the area was safe and clean. Beautiful grounds. We would definitely stay again

Enjoyable Stay

My experience was great. The check-in process was easy and parking was not a problem. The room was just as it was listed and clean. Close to the beaches and front street. I would stay here again!

Great view with ocean sounds!

The condo had everything I needed to work remotely for a week. I slept with the lanai open, the breeze and ocean sounds created a very relaxing ambiance. The king bed was super soft and it felt like I was sleeping on clouds!

Solo atrip

This prooert is exactly as shown. Its in a great area. Close to everything you need. Close to beautiful beachs in either direction. You will never be driving linger than 10 mins to find a beach. Unit is very quiet. Pool is nice. Can watch the sunset from your room or head down to the edge of the condominium and watch the full view.

Fantastic studio condo

A fantastic studio condo with a spectacular view of the ocean off the lanai. Well stocked kitchenette (with full size fridge), perfect for cooking meals and preparing drinks. Great beach chairs and oversized beach towels. Added bonus having a washer & dryer. The unexpected fun surprise was the welcome snacks!

Excellent location and easy check in!

Such a great location! Other +'s: easy parking, easy quick check in, nice beach, and common areas pool area. It was so nice to just walk outside the the beach in front of Royal Kahana and swim and snorkel! We saw fish and SWAM WITH GIANT TURTLES! Convenient location to walk to restaurants, stores, snorkel rental shops, and about 10 min drive to Kaanapali resorts area and then a little farther to Lahaina Front St shops. It's an old building and unit so don't expect fancy hotel setting but it's comfortable and inviting. Staff at the building were all friendly! We'd stay there again.

My trip to Maui, HI was amazing, I was very happy in the condo with the view of the ocean, beautiful Maui trades breeze daily,

I was confused by verification codes, I wasn't sure of key code of condo apartment and arrived at 11pm HI time and had a hard time to get into condo studio due to not having experience with Air B&B and not knowing about key codes. I thought I'd get access from the guest services or security at front desk. I had to learn. Overall I was impressed and had an awesome experience! I already booked another trip using Air B & B. Thank you for your service, thank you to my host!

Lots of little things to improve

For the price, not worth it. Electric stove top burners are all out of alignment, one of which didn't work at all. Washer knob was loose and needed work to start loads. Phone was set on the ground because there was no night stand.

Perfect for our family Spring Break needs!

Our family of three stayed here for Spring Break. It was just right - a "home away from home", not busy and had the right amenities for our needs. We wanted something a little out of the way from the main Kaanipali resort area, and Kahana point was perfect. It had a little village coffee place, and walking distance to a few small markets. The main feature for us was the lovely pool area. We sat by the pool daily overlooking the ocean with our 6.5-year daughter. It was never overwhelmed with too many people. Just a nice spot for quiet, small groups and families with kids. We loved that our daughter often met other kids and could play with them too. The vibe was so relaxed and friendly. We loved having this apartment as our home base. We could get up and get going to our activities anywhere on the island, and get home anytime we needed to. There was always parking space and easy access to the building. The apartment had a washer/dryer unit so we could wash and dry clothes and towels, which reduced the amount of things we needed to bring. It also made it easy to have multiple pool/beach activities in the day without having to deal with wet towels. Having a small kitchen and fridge saved us time and money. We could buy prepped foods from the market, eat cereal, re-heat leftovers and so on. The balcony in the unit was wonderful. Cool breezes and views! The building is indeed older and is not sparkly new, but no problem at all. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Recommend!

Less then I expected 😔

Renting the property was easy, but the fees that were tacked on were staggering. The unit is old and things were broken or not functioning properly. We were disappointed. We wanted a unit with 2 Queen beds, and we did not know until later we didn’t get that. On a happy note, the view was lovely and staff at Royal Kahana were wonderful. Very Aloha! 🌺🌈🌴
