Cet appartement élégant et élégant en bas, situé dans un jardin privé, vous offre une vue panoramique sur la ville jusqu'au port de Wellington et au détroit de Cook.

Situé dans le pittoresque Kelburn, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du village local, avec ses cafés et restaurants, pub, épicerie, boulangerie, épicerie fine, boucherie, coiffeur, salon de beauté, boutique d'antiquités et plus encore.

La ville centrale est facilement accessible. Une promenade de 10 minutes vous amĂšnera au sommet du cĂ©lĂšbre tĂ©lĂ©phĂ©rique de Wellington ou, si vous prĂ©fĂ©rez prendre le bus, l'arrĂȘt le plus proche est Ă  deux pas. Les jardins botaniques, l'observatoire Carters et Zealandia sont tous accessibles Ă  pied.

We could not have found a nicer place to stay in Wellington. This quiet, comfortable flat is perched on a hillside with breathtaking views of the city and harbour. What a sight to wake up to every morning and come back to every evening! The location is stunning. A short walk downhill takes you to the hip little high street of Kelburn Village. Another half hour walk downhill takes you to the central business district. The Botanic Garden and Zealandia are both close by. Wellington owes much of its exceptional beauty to its hills. This neighbourhood is a good example, with winding narrow streets, high ridges and steep ravines linked by countless public walking paths and staircases. Unlike the flatter central city, this area is like your own secret garden. You will never run out of narrow leafy paths to explore. And you will definitely get your exercise! What better place to rest after a long climb than Kate's beautiful apartment, which is charming, functional, modern, tastefully decorated, and complete with some kiwi literary classics on the bookshelf (including Keri Hulme's masterpiece The Bone People, which I was tempted to borrow). Kate lives upstairs and is the ideal host: friendly, helpful and prompt. This place is absolutely worth the climb up from the street.

Check in was easy and we were able to park on the street below. The view was lovely and relaxing. A pub, bakery, takeouts and 4 square were close by and we could walk into the city and get a ride share back home. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and Kate out host friendly.

The perfect place for a stay in Wellington

We have been warmly welcomed by Kate who was very helpful and ready to provide any information for us to make the best of our visit . there’s a stunning view from the flat which has been recently and perfectly refurbished and equipped and has everything you need including the basic groceries.

Everything that was promised on the website was delivered and more. I couldn't have had a more delightful stay and experience. The property was immaculate and cosy and provided everything I needed plus little extras that made it feel like 'home away from home'. Kate was a most gracious and helpful host who went out of her way to make me feel welcome. The location, apart from commanding a stunning view across the city and beyond, is on a quiet street in a beautiful garden and a short walk to public transport and a local village with cafes and restaurants. The Wellington Cable Car, Botanic Gardens, Planetarium and wildlife reserve Zealandia are all within walking distance as well. Overall, it is the best place I have stayed at and would happily stay there again.

Perfect location to explore Wellington

Very good and quiet location for a stay in Wellington. Awesome view from the living room to Wellington and the bay. Apartment very well equipped and clean. We felt absolutely comfortable. Short walk to the cable car, botanic garden and lovely little Kelburn village with pub, supermarket, german bakery... Lovely host who gave us useful tips for exploring. We can recommend this apartment absolutely.

My family and I had a privilege of staying at this beautiful apartment for only a few days, but we enjoyed our our stay immensely!! Kate was an amazing hostess and made our stay very pleasurable. Having butter, milk, coffee, and preserves on hand was such a nice touch. It was very modern apartment and had all the conveniences of home. Would recommend this place and will definitely stay again if ever we return to Wellington.

Great location and very central cozy getaway

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this home and we can recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great stay in beautiful Wellington. There are so many things to do around here and our only regret we have is the short duration of our stay, we would have loved to be able to stay here for a little longer. The host was most helpful and we loved the accessibility to food, botanical gardens, cable car, restraunts and shopping. We cracked the windows and it was quiet and peaceful. The stair steps kept us in shape and uber was always available.

Very nice stay!

Great apartment. Very clean amd comfortable and a great location, close to most everything. Owner very nice and helpful! One drawback is the stairs. Don't get me wrong, it is clear in the listing!! I only bring it up because i think it might be difficult for older folks with luggage or women with giant luggage! We stayed at about 8 places in our travels throughout new New Zealand and this one was in our top 3!

From the point of view of staying in the city as a female alone, I felt extremely safe and secure in the prperty and also coming back to the property in the dark. Excellent loacation for everything in the city - no need for a car. Very good area and very quiet - great nights sleep!!

Lovely apartment - very well equipped with beautiful views. Just a five minute walk to Kelburn village and a bus that takes you to town. Also very close to the cable car and botanic gardens. Unfortunately we had terrible weather throughout our stay, but the apartment was a lovely, warm haven! Thank you!
