Ce penthouse à la conception architecturale plaira à tous les vacanciers avertis souhaitant passer des vacances luxueuses ou un séjour de courte durée dans un lieu magnifique et propice, avec une immense terrasse pour artistes et une vue sur la mer depuis chaque chambre. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes (à condition d'utiliser le canapé-lit) peut être beaucoup moins cher qu'un séjour dans un hôtel standard à Wellington, avec tout le luxe ajouté.

Wonderful views! We enjoyed the indoors and outdoor spaces and walking along Evans Bay. There’s a cafe in the same building and a bakery down the street. Lots of options for groceries and eateries less than 2km away in Kilbirnie - a quick bus/car ride or pleasant walk. We also enjoyed being on a direct bus line to Te Papa, Cuba Street and shops on Willis Street and Lambton Quay. We stayed 5 weeks and we felt very much at home. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

This property is well managed and provisioned. It is a bit far from downtown but we actually totally enjoyed the walks to and from the city centre. We would definitely stay there again. There is great parking if you have a car.

Just minutes out of Wellington CBD by car with its beaches, walkable downtown, and proximity to nearby attractions, The Penthouse on Evan's Bay was a beautiful place to unwind after fun filled days. The location is superb with sweeping panoramic views of the Bay, Waterfront Parade walk, and anchored boats in the distance. We enjoyed the scene while sipping wine on the ample deck of the studio or through floor to ceiling windows. It was a very comfortable stay with every modern convenience. Well appointed kitchen. Giles, the managing host, was welcoming, kind, and great source of local knowledge. The checkin instructions were clear and comprehensive. Included covered and secure parking was a bonus. We can recommend without reservation. It was a perfect and memorable conclusion to our North Island adventure before heading on the nearby ferry to head South.

Great location, 10 minute drive to downtown Wellington. Great views of the water, great outdoor space. Three large bedrooms and plenty of space for a family of four and more. Convenient parking in the garage. And lastly, the help from our host was excellent and he was extremely helpful with restaurants and things to do. Would stay there again the next time we travel to New Zealand.

The attention to detail such as breakfast food/linen all taken care of for us made it that much more special. Our family holiday was amazing and staying at The Penthouse on Evans Bay was the icing on the cake. We all can't wait to return to this special place.

Stayed in this property for 3 nights with my wife and two children. We had a great time as is close to everything we wanted to do in the days we were there. Parked the car up and just ubered around the city. Couldn’t have asked for any more. Great deck out the back that we enjoyed a lot.

Nice apartment, nice location

The only problem with the apartment is that it is on the third floor of a fairly modern building that DOES NOT have a lift (elevator). Not a problem if you are younger and travelling light. Real problem if you are older with lots of luggage. Not mentioned by any other guests!

The Penthouse lives up to it's name. Comfy beds, brilliant living space and amazing views of Evans Bay. Easy to get to from the airport and a quick scenic trip into town. We never got to fully utilize the deck space, but if your lucky enough to stay here its a dream location and very well presented.

We absolutely loved staying here!

We absolutely loved staying here! When we travel we like staying in accommodations we will never forget. Giles has this kind of unique and beautiful place!! The Penthouse has wonderful views from every room... a large open and inviting feeling,, comfy couches, and all the amenities we needed. The washer and dryer were especially nice to have after a week of travel. I have a feeling we we will be back in Wellington and if this place is available we would definitely stay again! Thank you Giles!
