As this was the second time we had stopped here we knew what the property had to offer and how good the stay would be.We arrived at the property and we had easy access due to the great communication before we arrived. We were stopping with our adult children and their partners so there were 9 of us in total. The house is spacious so this allowed us to have our own space but come together at meal times. The house is a short walk to the beach, shops and tennis courts which also allowed us to spend time as a family. Most of the family had a swim in the pool. The beds were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was a great size table that we sat around for meals and a large couch that you relax on to watch the TV.Overall we had a great relaxing time while spending time as a family.

Great property, hopeless management.

This is a great property in a great location. However it had many problems. The outdoor furniture was filthy and had to be cleaned. The roof top furniture had torn cushions and looked nothing like the photos. The BBQ gas bottle was empty. The person listed as an emergency contact had her phone turned off, so we had no one to contact. Communication was appalling as they insist all communication is via the platform. Not ideal for the customer.

Regarding communication, VRBO recommends that all correspondence be conducted through the platform for security and tracking purposes. While we typically can be reached, on this occasion, the property manager was on a flight and unable to take phone calls. we do understand your frustration however, had the message been sent through the platform, one of our team members would have been able to assist you right away. This was communicated before your arrival. We also appreciate you bringing the issues with the outdoor furniture and BBQ to our attention, and we'll be addressing these concerns promptly.

This was an absolutely gorgeous property for a weekend getaway. Clean, extremely well appointed (the kitchen had everything we needed!), amazing indoor and outdoor spaces, enough bathrooms to keep everyone happy. There was even a rooftop which wasn't listed, we loved looking at the night sky. Super close to the beach, easy drive of a few minutes to multiple cafes and places to walk. Enough room for a few cars so ideal for a bigger group - and even though we didn't have kids, there was plenty of equipment to accommodate families. The host was responsive and considerate, check in and out was incredibly easy. If you are looking for a stay that makes you feel both relaxed and super fancy, I would definitely recommend this property and host.
