Great house. The hotel across the way was a little loud during the day with a DJ. But it was quiet at night.

Came down for a golf trip with 6 buddies and the house was fantastic. Easy check in, over communication, great space and location, and an overall easy process. Great price for the value here. No complaints at all.

This property was great for our family. We live near this property and needed a large gathering place and this was a perfect place. Two of the individuals were in wheelchairs and the lift was required for our stay. I would recommend it highly. The upper balcony furniture does need to be updated or at least made sturdier.

This was a perfect getaway home for a golf trip with family and friends. The location is great! It was short walk to the beach and a short drive from multiple golf courses. The home had plenty of space and was clean on arrival!

The home is beautiful. Great location and space to entertain family. Well designed comfortable beds with all of the amenities. The house sleeps 12 person's but you only have reserved parking for two vehicles located beside the house. You do not have access to the house two car garage to park additional vehicles. Additional parking is on the street which was non-existence or paid parking blocks away from the house. The only reason I could not give 5 stars due to the inoperable elevator. The house has 3 levels 36 steps from the first floor to the 3rd level. One bedroom on 2nd and 4 bedrooms on the 3rd level. I was never informed that the elevator was broken until I arrived with my 78 year old mother, 81 year old aunt, and disabled sister in-,law. I called the office on Friday to inquire about the parking, no mention of the elevator. I texted upon my arrival on Saturday the elevator was out of service. The response was an automated message should have been sent but I reserved the house within the week so, it may not have been generated. NO COMMUNICATION ON THE ELEVATOR.I had to make arrangements for my family to get upstairs for bedtime and family time on the 1st or 2nd floor. My sole purpose for the rental was the elevator accommodation. For future renters please limit your cars due to inadequate parking and please do not depend on the elevator for access to bedrooms and kitchen on 2nd level and 3rd levels.

We also understand how important the elevator was to your group and regret that its outage was not communicated to you prior to arrival. Because your reservation was made shortly before check-in, the automated notice regarding the elevator did not reach you as intended. Quick drive to MBCC A walk across the street to the beach and short drive to the convention center Perfect for our 3 families!! We had more space than we needed!! Will book again for our next tournament

Everything was great. From the dishes in the kitchen to the amount of towels available to use...1st class. We had 4 couples and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. We didn't even step into the room with bunkbeds. We walked to River a city Cafe for lunch and drove to many nice restaurants for dinner. It was a block from the beach. Nice having laundry available and the elevator for getting the luggage upstairs. There's one spot in the garage to park in and the other 3 couples were able to park on 74th street all week, directly in front of the condo. Of course, March 8-14 was early in the season for traffic.Definitely would return!

Siblings Vacation

This home is amazing and the elevator is a great. You can move your luggage without going up and down 3 flights. A short walk to the beach front, restaurants nearby and Starbucks. Will definitely reserve again.

Beautiful Home for a Large Group

Five bedrooms with plenty of beds. Also five baths…so plenty of space for group. Since home is three stories, the elevator comes in very handy! Great location across the street from the ocean.Kitchen has plenty of cookware, dinnerware etc Outside porches are wonderful to just relax on
