Belle unité de deux chambres avec plage au bout de la route. Promenez-vous dans les très populaires Murray's Bay et Mairangi Bay avec ses cafés, restaurants, bars, boutiques et supermarchés. ou empruntez la passerelle côtière le long des falaises pour profiter de la vue imprenable sur la mer. Si vous cherchez un séjour plus long lorsque vous déménagez dans la région, la maison est zonée pour les meilleures écoles de tous âges.

Great stay at a great location

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Annie is super friendly and very accommodating. We were able to bring our dog with us and he had use of the backyard which was wonderful. Very close to shops, cafés and beaches nearby. Very comfortable bed and the living area was large and comfortable for three of us staying there. We will definitely return again!

No refunds

The purpose of our trip was to visit family who have just been diagnosed with terminal cancer. We booked this property because it was within 100m of the family home, so know the area very well. Unfortunately, in the stress of booking I got the dates wrong. Initially I felt uncomfortable about booking this property as most properties on Bookabatch will offer a refund. Even though the property won't be cleaned, we were still charged the cleaning fee and not offered a discount to book additional dates later. Be aware if you book this property and if anything goes wrong it will be "your problem".

We have 5 grandchildren in Auck so they took turns in staying most nights.

It was a great f location & worked well for us. The only thing I would say is mini oven not working well.

Excellent accommodation and proximity to beaches, shops and amenities. I would recommend to anybody wanting to stay in Auckland especially families with a small dog!

Great Property in Murray’s Bay.

Spacious, comfortable property with secure dog friendly pretty garden, just one road back from the beach. Fabulous Italian restaurant just down the road too. Keen to come again. Thank you Annie.

North Shore Haven

Our new favourite place to stay in Auckland. We lucked in, as our family of 5 desperately needed some TLC after a Campervan holiday in Northland. It was a great trip, but not much personal space..! Annie welcomed us to her awesome home on VERY short notice as if we were family returning. Comprehensive and very prompt communication and instructions. Great location, has everything you need to just come in and crash out. Awesome deck and back garden for afternoon drinks or morning coffee (or both in our case). Super comfy beds and linen, a spa bath and the best shower you will ever find. All adds up to a great stay. Too tired to make the TV work? No problem, Annie engaged "an expert" to solve the problem in a jiffy and Netflix was restored to 3 media deprived children...Yay! A lovely hostess, we really appreciated the care and respite from the road trip. We will definitely stay again and you would be crazy not to! For the same price as some noisy, shabby motel out the back of suburban nowhere, you should give Annie your business instead. You won't regret it. Definitely 5 stars. Thanks Annie! Sean and Emily

University drop off

A good property in a great location. Walking distance to two nice beaches with nice cafes and restaurants. Annie was a joy to deal with, and although this property is the bottom story of her house Annie did not impose on our stay. She provided good local advice on where to eat and visit. A beach location that is still reasonably handy to the CBD.

Murray’s Bay

Had a really enjoyable stay in the 2 Bedroom cosy stay. The owner responds really quickly and went out of her way to accommodate our needs to want to get into the property early. Within walking distance to Murray’s Bay, and a short drive to Mairangi and Browns Bay. A great little spot for an early morning or evening walk along the seashore.

Brilliant location - lovely deck and garden area.

Brilliant location - lovely deck and garden area. Great for walking to Murray's or Mairangi Bay. Comfortable bedding. No actual ' lounge area' - you have to sit in one of the bedrooms to watch TV, and kitchen would be a challenge if you are staying more than a few nights. But very clean, nicely fitted out, nice linen and furnishings provided and a Rolls Royce bathroom. Has all facilities like washing machine and clothes line. Nice outdoor furniture area and good barbeque. Private and peaceful.

Clean and tidy close to Maurray Bay great for walking dog. My mother 89 yrs could get in to spa bath

Good for us and dog but hard for child and elderly mother to get into shower and bath elderly mum couldn't use it at all and had to help 6yr son in and out of spa bath /shower and sink was blocked with metal chp sticks we think husband managed to get the out of drain pipe so we could wash dishes

Awesome trip

Great location, 2 minute walk to beach and a 2 minute drive to local shops. Beautiful area. Accomodation was advertised accurately and we had a great stay. Owners were easy and friendly to deal with. No issues at all. Had a great time and would stay again if we venture back to thr North Shore of Auckland. Recommend.
