Bungalow confortable et chaleureux au bord de la mer

Un bungalow très confortable et chaleureux à seulement 15 minutes de route au sud de la CDB de Dunedin.
La propriété qui est sans danger pour les enfants ou un chien. La propriété est à 20 minutes du village de pêcheurs de Taieri Mouth et du pittoresque sentier pédestre de la rivière Millennium. La plage de Brighton, à seulement 5 minutes en voiture, est une superbe plage de surf. Marcher sur une courte distance jusqu'à «Turning Tides», le meilleur magasin de poisson-frites de Dunedin. Des promenades à cheval et des randonnées dans la réserve côtière et la plage peuvent être organisées.

Everything about the property was great. It is located beside the road so road noise can be heard.

The bungalow was left very clean and tidy but unfortunately there were irreparable scratches on the glass cooktop from cooking popcorn in a frypan. Also the BBQ was left in an unsatisfactory condition.

Lovely, well equipped bungalow with a path to a beautiful beach. We enjoyed the location 15 minutes from Dunedin, outside the hustle of the city but easy access. Lots to see and do for a week in this area with a car. We also enjoyed golfing at several courses.

This cozy bungalow was perfect for our stay in Dunedin. Very clean and nicely appointed. The beach is a short walk away and spectacular, especially at sunrise. We also enjoyed a visit to Larnach Castle & Gardens. We had everything we needed here and our host was gracious and helpful. Highly recommend.

Little seaside home-from-home. Lots of thoughtful touches (the electric underblanket being one), little private backyard with full morning sun. Minutes from a stunning long dog-friendly beach, and a great location to explore the area.

Lovely Bungalow

This is a very cozy place to stay. The bungalow was very well furnished so it was easy to feel at home. It's a 5 minute stroll to a beautiful sandy beach. I would definitely come back again!

Great for short breakaway - or longer

We stayed 4 nights but could have been comfortable for longer, it really had everything we needed to be a home from home. Loved being so close to the sea with beach access direct via the owners garden.

We moved to Ocean View in 2018. Our property is perfect for us, being by the sea and a short drive into Dunedin which offers so much in the way of art and culture.
Janne grew up in Dunedin before leaving to teach in Canterbury, North Otago, Central Otago and much closer to home - Brighton- now known as Big Rock. Ray grew up in Melbourne and has spent much of his life as a stonemason in Queenstown.
