Great Family Holiday

We had a very enjoyable holiday. We loved the location and everything about our accomodation. Beautiful courtyard to relax in and plenty of space for all of the family.

Thankyou Arlene. We love our holiday home. It is purely a holiday home with empty spaces and room for guests. Unlike many holiday rentals you will have noticed there are no personal belongings. We love the location to the beach and shops. We arrive and never use our car. The back yard is private and very safe allowing belongings to be happily left outside. I am pleased you enjoyed our wonderful summer.

Beautiful house to stay

This was such a great place to stay. It was so easy to communicate with the hosts and the house was very clean, equip with great amenities and in a great location. Thank you so much for having us in your beautiful space. We look forward to staying again one day.

The house is beautiful in an amazing location. The host was lovely, and as we left we bumped into the cleaners who were also lovely! Thank you - we will be back.

Family fun

The property is in a great location, close to beach and supermarket. It’s well set up so we settled in easily and quickly made it our home away from home.The only issue we had was that it was very hot when we stayed and the cooling mode on the heatpump wasn’t as efficient as one hoped.

Heat pumps are heat pumps not really air conditioning units. They are great at moving air around but best if doors are open. We have very recently bought a cooling unit for upstairs to hopefully help the heat gathered there. I’m very pleased you had lovely weather during your stay. Rain and wind makes a summer holiday miserable, even at the famous Mt Maunganui beach. Thanks for your review.

Handy to everything, but unfortunately we did not have access to the washing machine and games room area as the host was concerned over a smell she had discovered. We didn’t mind the smell, but she insisted on locking it up. My kids were excited that there was a games room and were sad that we did not get to use any of it.

Fun in the Sun

Dealing with Ruth was super easy. Property is well equipped with everything you need, it’s clean and safe for children. A 5 minute wander to the beach. Perfect getaway thanks Ruth.

Spacious house

The house was clean and spacious with plenty of room for guests. Be aware the garage is not in play as it is the 4th room. There is room for two cars on the drive and parking outside on the road is plenty. The lounge has air-con which is great over summer

This was a great match for location! 10mins from the Tauranga Domain for Athletics and a 5min walk to the beach at the end of day 😊 supermarket & petrol station also super handy! Thanks for letting the NZ Junior Boy 100m & 200m Champion stay at your home 🤗 walked away with 2 gold medals 🥇

Family week away

It was a home away from home. Everything you wanted, very comfortable beds. Excellent location only a block to the beach and a block the other direction for New World supermarket and takeaways. We stayed September school holidays, would love to stay over summer. Outdoor table, bbq area and outdoor shower. Thank you Ruth your property is really lovely.

This is the perfect property for a group of friends heading away for the weekend.

This is the perfect property for a group of friends heading away for the weekend. There's enough space for everyone plus a great outdoor area with large table and chairs to enjoy the sun. We rolled the table tennis table out onto the lawn and spent an afternoon have a fun (but competitive) tournament. We hadn't checked out the location when booking so were pleasantly surprised to find the beach was only 250 metres away. No complaints, we'd definitely book again.
