L'autre propriĂ©tĂ© - The Beach House - est le numĂ©ro d'inscription 20044338 sur le circuit home. co. nz Les deux propriĂ©tĂ©s sont des logements indĂ©pendants dotĂ©s de leurs propres entrĂ©es et aires de stationnement sĂ©parĂ©es. Plage Ă  la porte et utilisation partagĂ©e des kayaks. Ou pour une escapade hivernale agrĂ©able, profitez de la cheminĂ©e et de la piscine thermale en plein air. 4 chambres Ă  coucher, avec des chambres king et queen dans une aile sĂ©parĂ©e; 2. 5 salles de bains. 9 personnes maximum. Grand pont ensoleillĂ© surplombant la plage et les bateaux dans la baie. Linge de lit, serviettes de bain et de plage et torchons de cuisine fournis. Adjacent Ă  la promenade cĂŽtiĂšre d'Opua Ă  Paihia. Courte promenade le long de la promenade cĂŽtiĂšre jusqu'au ferry pour Russell.

Wonderful Stay

Such a wonderful stay. Super Hosts, very accomodating and friendly. Kids loved kayaking and freedom to run around. Adults loved the privacy and spaciousness of home. Would highly reccomend!

A great retreat for a family group

The beach house exceeded our expectations. The house which has a great outlook over a little bay. It is well equipped with a huge deck and plenty of space. We enjoyed wallowing in the spa after swimming to the pontoon and taking a kayak out for a paddle is an extra bonus. The hosts were friendly and helpful during our stay

Excellent Holiday Stay on the Bay

The home was beautiful and very well maintained, with everything we needed for our 4-week stay. Jane and Tony were incredibly helpful, providing us with restaurant and outing suggestions, and we enjoyed the lovely greeting of freshly baked goodies! We can’t recommend this property highly enough, and look forward to returning in the future!!!

Amazing location and fantastic hosts

We were visiting with family and had 8 people staying from children to grandparents. The place was perfect - just enough space for us all and incredible views. Tony and Jane were super friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed and providing tips on local things to do and restaurants. Even though it was the middle of winter, it was warm enough to walk around in T-shirts, and while there was some rain given the time of year, there were plenty of sunny times so we can get out and explore. Highlight was our trip to Cape Reinga and the Te Paki sand dunes. A long day but worth it. Thank you again Tony and Jane for your hospitality!!

Awesome view

Beautiful property with everything you need. Hosts left beautiful plate of baking which was awesome. A little small for a big group when it’s raining but would be fine in the summer with the outdoor area. Tricky driveway not easy to navigate. Views are stunning. Some of the group walked into Paihia and said it was a great walk. Well worth a visit.

Amazing ocean side accommodation

We had 3 couples stay here and put our boat in the Opua Marina which was a few minutes away. This place is a hidden gem, the location is fantastic and the owners amazing, we are definitely coming back in 2021!

Magical waterfront holiday home!

Greeted by lovely host on flower lined front walkway! There are not enough adjectives to describe the experience here! Waterfront magic..from every window incredible sunrises, boats at anchor, waves lapping on the shore, friendly people strolling past (but still so private!) kayaks and all gear for use, bush walking track to marina and stores, cafes. Huge deck for entertaining, Outdoor lounge seating for several guests, FULLY stocked kitchen, more than enough glassware, open new kitchen! Deck big enough for yoga or grassy area below for the same. Beach bench for people watching and star gazing, big tv and great selection of books and DVDs. Well kept grounds. Streep driveway but still very accessible even with our huge van. A nice touch was the fresh bread and ginger slices upon arrival. We would stay here every time we are in Opua! 5 star everything!
