This fabulous ocean view Seascape Resort unit offers fantastic accommodations, privacy and close proximity to the beach, swimming pool, spa, restaurants and shops! The home has been renovated and offers a beautifully relaxing, beachy ambience for our guests to enjoy a beach resort getaway.

The open downstairs floor plan features a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils and basic pantry items. The roomy dining area offers seating for six with ocean views! The comfortable living area features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, sofa seating for 6+, a pull-out queen sized bed, and a fabulous balcony with ocean, white sand, and eucalyptus forest views. Because our beach condo is on the northernmost wing of the resort, it offers unparalleled privacy. Unlike most other units at Seascape, your views are not encumbered by looking at other units. An updated half bathroom completes the downstairs.

Upstairs includes a fabulous master suite with a 2nd balcony, guest bedroom, 2nd full bath and laundry. The master suite features a plush king-size bed, vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV, completely updated fully bathroom, and a private balcony with even better beach and ocean views from the third story. The guest bedroom is situated down the hallway, with the bathrooms and laundry room separating the bedrooms for maximum privacy. This bedroom features a plush queen-size bed, flat screen TV and two large windows with fantastic views of the ocean and swimming pool. The upstairs includes a completely updated 2nd full bathroom for exclusive use of the 2nd bedroom, along with a washer/dryer closet for guest use.

This beach condo is located on the North Bluff of Seascape Resort, which has its own convenient access to the beach (about 100 stairs down the bluff to the sand). The North Bluff has its own swimming pool and hot tub, with a spacious pool deck complete with ocean views and many lounge chairs, table and chairs sets, and umbrellas. **As of October 2021, golf cart and towel service is no longer offered to guests of units booked through VRBO. If these amenities are vital to you, please book directly through the resort.**

There is plentiful parking adjacent to the building, including open underground parking with EV charging stations. A commercial ice maker and beverage vending machine are located in the garage for guests' convenience.

The North Bluff location is also extremely proximate to the restaurants and shops at Seascape Village. This charming retail complex includes several full service restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store, liquor store, hair salon, jewelry store, massage clinic, and many other amenities!

Seascape Resort has its own fantastic onsite restaurant and bar ("Sanderlings") with stunning ocean views, which is a short walk from our beach condo. There are two additional swimming pools located at the resort, along with firepits, sitting areas, ramp access to the beach, and cliffside walking trails.

The advantage of booking this beach condo with us is that you will enjoy the actual unit shown in our photos. Guests booking through Seascape Resort are not guaranteed a specific room, and instead will be assigned a room from a pool of available units that vary widely in terms of condition, decor, location and view!

Seascape Resort is the perfect "home base" for exploring the many exciting places around Monterey Bay, including the charming seaside village of Carmel-By-The-Sea, world-renowned Pebble Beach golf, Carmel Valley wineries, Monterey's Cannery Row and Aquarium, spectacularly scenic Big Sur, and Santa Cruz and its historic Beach Boardwalk amusement park. Just hop on the famous Highway 1 and drive north or south for endless opportunity!
