This is a beautiful property situated within walking distance of Ayrburn Winery and a short drive to Arrowtown. The cottage is tastefully decorated, warm and inviting with everything needed for a self catered holiday. We can’t thank Jane and Roger enough for their role they played in our perfect holiday. It was sad to leave.

This is a delightful cottage with stunning views all round and set in lovely grounds. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. So many amazing thoughtful touches from Jane and Roger who are the perfect hosts.

Quirky cottage

We had a fantastic stay . The cottage was very comfy and contained everything that we needed. Its location, away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown, was great.The host was very welcoming and I would love to visit again in the future. Recommend it highly.

Cosy flat in beautiful surroundings

Jane and Roger were perfect hosts who were incredibly welcoming and kind. The thought and care that had gone into the flat was clear to see. Lovely location with mountain views and very peaceful. Excellent base for exploring arrowtown, Queenstown and Wanaka.

Wonderful hosts, beautiful location

This is a sweet cottage near Lake Hayes and Arrowtown. The view of the Remarkables from the back is stunning and despite being so close to Queenstown it’s remarkably quiet. We loved having a glass of wine in the beautiful garden while listening to the birds. Jane has thought of everything you might need during your stay. We had a lovely stay.

A bedroom with a view!

Great accommodation for a couple. A very comfortable bed with an amazing view. Excellent location for walking & biking. Lots of bike track options, and close to many other activities. The Autumn colours are incredible. Highly recommend.

A lovely cottage in the country with amazing views!

A lovely cosy cottage with lots of homey touches - lovely and warm in very cold temperatures. Jane is a very attentive host with some delightful treats throughout our stay! You will need a vehicle as it is out of town a bit - which is actually part of the charm!

A real find!! This property is perfect for a short or long stay. Well equipped, comfortable and with all sorts of little extras. Jane was a wonderful host and full of suggestions for activities and places to eat/drink. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hope we will be back for another visit.

Delightful

My husband and I spent a week here, working remotely and vacationing. We walked to the lake and swam most days and walked to arrowtown for lunch. Jane and Roger were like friends welcoming us into their home! Highly recommend!

This beautiful little cottage is a piece of paradise in a gorgeous, peaceful garden setting with stunning views of the countryside, across Lake Hayes to The Remarkables. Jane is a wonderful host and an excellent cook, providing all sorts of treats and home comforts. The only complaint is that I was unable to stay longer. I cannot rate this property highly enough. Superb.

Fantastic relaxing roomy, place to call home for us. After spending full days and evenings out and about with all the adventures and fond memories that Arrowtown and Queenstown, Millford it was so wonderful to return to Jane's special retreat and plan the next days activities. (With a nice bottle of local wine, whilst thoroughly enjoying some of Jane's homemade scrumptious baking) We would not hesitate to Highly recommend this accommodation. Views to Mt Dewar while make your morning coffee!!

Orchard Cottage had everything we needed for a stress free getaway in a quiet corner of Arrowtown. Jane and Roger were welcoming and informative hosts, ensuring our every comfort was catered to. We loved all the personal touches in the cottage making us feel completely at home. Jane's baking was delish!!! Thank you for sharing your magical corner of the world where the Tuis entertain.
