Beach House avec une vue imprenable

Un trajet pittoresque de 15 minutes depuis la ville de Whangarei vous conduit dans ce lieu magnifique. Les grandes portes vitrées s'ouvrent sur l'immense pont de divertissement qui offre une vue imprenable sur la baie de Parua; et avec l'eau si proche! (Cela ne prend que 2 minutes à pied à travers la réserve pour la plage de baignade).

La maison a une grande cuisine et une pièce à vivre décloisonnée pouvant accueillir un groupe avec confort. Téléviseur 50 pouces avec Sky, WiFi et Chromecast. Pour le chauffage, il y a un poêle à bois dans le salon et du bois fourni dans un carton juste devant la porte. Il y a deux chambres doubles et des canapés confortables ou un lit double rabattable dans le salon. Des toilettes séparées et une buanderie se trouvent juste à l'extérieur du salon dans une pièce que j'utilise pour conseiller deux fois par semaine. Cette pièce est attenante à la maison et peut être accédée à la fois de l'allée et du patio devant la porte d'entrée. Lorsque je dois utiliser la pièce, je n'ai pas besoin d'entrer du tout.

Un joli jardin avec un ruisseau, avec des arbres fruitiers toute l'année pour votre cueillette.

Il y a un grand parking sur l'allée.

Lovely break in perfect location

Incredible Location

Stunning view, a perfect place to relax. This home had everything we needed to completely unwind. Great communication, close amenities and perfectly located for a range of beautiful beaches. We'd definitely recommend this home.

Charming getaway location

Large comfortable home, more than we needed for the two of us, but so pleasant to have the extra room for a change. Amazing views! Huge deck with easy access to a walking trail along front of multiple properties, like a private park, and access to the beach. We enjoyed close access to interesting tavern. Altogether a great stay!

Great Kiwi hospitality

Our stay in Parua Bay was wonderful. The house has incredible views of the water from both the outside decks and through the expansive windows. And if you want a break from that view, the front of the house has a lovely landscaped yard, complete with grapes and blueberries. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped , including a great espresso machine. Brett met us, gave us a thorough tour, and capped it off with bringing us his amazing bacon . The house is on a quiet street, but in walking distance to a set of shops with a small grocery, bakery and cafe. Well positioned for exploring the Whangare area. Brett’s great neighbors even invited us over for a glass of wine! We coukd not have asked for more.

Lovely stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Great set-up at the house (our teenager enjoyed sleeping out in the external bedroom). We ate all our meals out on the deck with the great harbour view. Good location - walking distance to the local 4 square and a lovely cafe for coffee and an easy drive out to Ocean beach where we had fun swimming. Thank-you Beth and Brett.

Stunning views from deck

Parua Bay delight

Lovely place, amazing view and setting, and the most welcoming and hospitable hosts you could ask for. Huge deck looking out over the bay. Perfect for early breakfasts, sunny lunches or chilled out dinners. Teenager loved the separate room/unit!

Stunning Views

Huge deck with gorgeous sea views. Garden was beautiful with plums & peaches for picking. House was really nice, room for us all, bed comfortable, great games cupboard & the bathroom was new, shower awesome. Friendly neighborhood. Everything you'd need. We loved it. Thanks Beth & Brett.

Parua Bay Holiday

Waking up to see the Parua bay has been an experience unlike any other. Private. Peaceful. Powerful. Our hosts have done an amazing job to help us feel as comfortable as possible in their home as Guests, so we the Kuru family would like to extend our gratitude towards Brett and Beth for a wonderful weekend in Whangarei.

Really lovely home for a quiet weekend away!

We had an amazing stay at Brett and Beth's place! Would definitely stay again! Amazing hosts who at the last minute got a high chair for our friends baby and Brett was also available during our stay to replace the bbq gas cannister when it ran out. Such a lovely beautiful spot with all day sun and if you need, shade. Really quiet neighbourhood with the beach a few minutes walk away.

Beautiful house with the best view

We have had the best time in Parua Bay. The photos online don’t make the house justice at all. It is soooooo much better. Spacious, great location, very tidy and clean. The beach is just down the hill. Brett and Beth were super friendly and welcoming! Thanks Brett for the bacon on Sunday! It was just what we needed! We will be back!

Brilliant

We've fell in love with that place. Everything there is made for a relaxing, happy time with family and friends. The wonderful house is surrounded with fruit trees and a spacious deck overlooks a beautiful bay and rolling hills. The property has amazing views looking over Parua Bay and Whangarei harbour. The place was in great condition with a large deck to spend the evenings on enjoying a wine or beer as the sun went down. All necessary facilities are there to enjoy a comfortable stay.

We moved here from Auckland 22 years ago, to have an easier life in a smaller community. Brett is a butcher and has a home kill butchery, Beth is a counsellor and is now retired. We enjoy the beauty and community in Parua Bay. We are dog lovers, Brett loves boating, Beth loves walking.

We chose the area because it is so beautiful. Just a lovely drive to town, which is big enough to provide our needs, and small enough to not cause stress.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The property is handy to village shops ,and cafes, golf course, surf beach, Manaia Club, Parua BayTavern, Mt Manaia and Mt Aubrey, fishing, and public boat ramp.
We think our property stands out because the living area is large and accommodating for crowds, and can be cosy depending on how it is configured. The views are gorgeous, and the little beach is just across the reserve.
