With 736 square feet of living space and nicely located for extra privacy, there is no unit in front of you to block your view to the street and beyond. There’s even a postcard mountain view from the front patio and master bedroom french doors. And, it’s only steps away from the front of the complex.
The Deauville Condo complex is a very short walk to all that downtown Palm Springs has to offer. The Deauville is gated, has beautifully manicured grounds, three large sparkling swimming pools with ample poolside furniture and umbrellas, spa, tennis courts, covered garage parking, onsite gym, and fountains. Per Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance the maximum occupancy allowed is 2 people per bedroom PLUS an additional 2 IF they are 12 years of age or under only. Only one car per bedroom is allowed. No exceptions.

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.



A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.

We leased this one bedroom condo for a two month stay. It’s a lovely, comfortable, clean unit, in a safe and quiet location within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. The grounds of the complex (pool, hot tubs, landscaping, parking lot, etc.) are pristine. Stay for a week-end, or a few months.

Deauville.

Condo in a good location, lovely grounds well maintained, 3 swimming pools, we have stayed at the Deauville on 3 previous occasions. Condo itself is in need of a thorough clean, dishwasher never really worked well, drawers all need to be sorted and organized. Patio had never been swept or mopped for a while. We did reach out to the management company and they were quick to resolve the more important issues like repairing the door code, bringing a new toaster and fixing the dishwasher door. Would we rent this condo again probably not unless they did some renos (water marks on ceiling need to be addressed) and had a really, really good thorough clean. We pay for cleaning so why is it not done to a high standard.
