New pics of Kitchen and Both Bathrooms with New Floors! Underground parking. Amazing pools, Hot Tubs and an Exercise Room. 28 day minimum rental!
There is no smoking of any kind anywhere in the Deauville Complex!
SMOKING / VAPING OF ANY SUBSTANCE IS PROHIBITED IN THE COMMON AREAS AND EXCLUSIVE USE COMMON AREAS (PATIOS AND DECKS) AT THE DEAUVILLE.

We have seen an increase lately in smoking, both cigarettes and marijuana (which has a very distinctive smell). Possibly it is renters, but it is the responsibility of unit owners to inform their renters and guests of the rules. The owner of a unit where a violator is identified will be fined. Additionally, use of the facilities (pool, spa, gym, tennis court, clubhouse) may be suspended, which would make a unit unrentable.

Smoking is considered a noxious and offensive activity, a clear violation of the Association's Governing Documents. Due to the health risks that second hand smoke poses, the Association takes this very seriously and will be diligent in enforcement.

Your cooperation and that of your guests/renters will be appreciated. Pets must be on a leash at all time and pet owners are required to pick up pet waste immediately!

Great location - Beautiful view

We really enjoyed our month long stay in the Deauville complex. The condo was super comfortable and very well stocked with everything needed for our stay. The patio/balcony was our favorite place for morning coffee and evening grilling. The pool area and the grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. The location was perfect for a short walk to downtown Palm Springs. Both the check in and check out process was so easy and Dennis, our contact was very welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again.

The Deauville is our favorite place to stay.

Everything was just as it was presented. No surprises. This is our fifth stay at the Deauville and I would highly recommend it. Our unit had recently been updated and included a new gas bbq that we used a few times. Dennis, our contact, was very helpful and attentive.

Wonderful stay in all aspects

The condo is in the Deauville complex, which is impeccably maintained and located within easy walking distance of downtown Palm Springs. The unit itself is the nicest one we have seen in the complex. It is tastefully decorated and furnished with many nice touches, ranging from the kitchen stocked with every possible cooking implement you could need, to the complimentary wine and snacks left by the host. The entertainment system includes an Apple TV and cable, plus an extensive DVD collection as well as a vintage record player with a large collection of 60s/70s vinyl records. A very nice touch. We also made extensive use of the balcony/patio, which is large, well shaded, and includes a gas grill that we used almost every night. We definitely plan to return next year.

Beautiful Deauville Condo

We had a wonderful time during our long stay at this lovely, spacious one bedroom/two bath unit. Second story units at the Deauville like this one are very bright and have large partially sunny, partially shaded private terraces. There is an excellent long view from the terrace with the northern and eastern mountain ranges as distant backdrops. Sunrises are gorgeous. This home is beautifully furnished and equipped. The kitchen has every appliance and gadget a cook could want. The furniture is all in excellent shape and very comfortable. The mattress was so comfortable that we are buying the same one for our home. The Deauville main pool is the nicest we have seen in Palm Springs. Plenty of seating and your choice of sun or shade. The western mountain view from the pool area is stunning. The location is an easy walk or 3-4 minute drive to the downtown shops and restaurants. The owner and local manager are very attentive and friendly. They are easily reached, if needed. Highly recommended!

Review of Deauville Dream April 2023

The property grounds and pool are fabulous. The condo was well stocked with towels, dishes, etc. the appliances were new. The countertops were clean, although the drawers had not been wiped. The kitchen faucet leaked badly. The dining room table had chairs that are too heavy to lift. Chairs were ripped at the tops. The carpet was quite badly soiled in traffic areas, especially when you first enter. The windows were dirty, both in the bedroom and the bedroom, inside and out. The large mirror in the main living area was dirty. These issues are remedial. What was very disappointing is the lack of privacy on the deck. The construction of the building puts the balconies quite close together. Visual privacy and privacy for conversation is impossible. A screen would prevent a renter from being faced with the neighbour, but the opportunity to hear everything would remain. The unit should be advertised as ‘semi private’ balcony at best.
