Great location and super easy hosts that made sure we checked in easily and had everything we needed. Location is great near metro and buses (recommend very easy to use and can get you wherever you want to go in the city), cafes and restaurants all nearby. We stayed 9 days and got to do Vienna as locals - while still seeing all the sites one a day. Highly recommend for an easy stay !

Anyone contemplating a trip to Vienna, this accommodation is well worth considering.We drove from the UK for a 10 day visit to the city and this was perfect for us. Host will meet you when you arrive, shops & public transport pretty much on your doorstep (max wait for a bus, tram or underground is less than 5 mins), safe car park 8 mins away, apartment is quiet and comfortable ....... all good, so book it !!

Aleksandra and Alexander provide an excellent quiet apartment, yet close to the metro and also within walking distance to the old town if you prefer to walk. The apartment is just as presented in the photos and communication is excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. Thank you also for the lovely cake and drinks in the fridge on arrival.

Great Stay!

The apartment had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and answered every question. Internet was very good and we were able to watch Netflix easily with no lag time. Great place! Highly recommended!

Great location, great hosts.

This apartment is not in the center of Vienna which was good. It is just far enough outside to enjoy the tourist areas and escape to the normal neighborhood. A short walk or metro into town, as it had very easy access. One of the best things was their lightening fast internet. Wow, IP calls worked great and streaming was good, too.

Well Located and First Class

Our hosts were terrific. Alexander met us and demonstrated the apartment. The apartment was large and immaculate. Great remodel and actual finish is better viewed in person than in photos. Thanks A+A for a great experience.

A great place in an excellent neighborhood

My wife and me rented this beautiful home for two weeks! The owners are exceptionally friendly and welcomed us after we have been delayed due to flight disruption! We were shown all details about the apartment, it was super clean with beautiful decoration. The neighborhood is well connected with the Vienna public transportion and has all shopping options needed within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend this home for travelers.

TERRIFIC

The apartment was just perfect for our stay, clean and with a fully stocked kitchen. We could easily get anywhere we wanted to go, either walking or on public transportation. Bus, streetcar, and underground are all close by. Really appreciated the washing machine since we had been traveling around Europe for over a week before we arrived. Our hosts were the best, highly recommend this place!

Fantastic apartment!

In a city where almost everyone smokes, it was a wonderful refuge to have this clean-air apartment! The location is unbeatable, with bike parking, city-bike docks, and a park next door. It's a quick ride down Hauptstrasse to a BioMarkt and even quicker walk to a 'convenience' grocery. The train station is an easy walk, even toting wheelie luggage. Aleksandra and Alexander were wonderful, thoughtful, helpful hosts.

Best Stocked Apartment

The property was everything it was listed to be. Walking distance of many of the major city attractions, easy connections with the clean and timely metro system. The apartment was stocked with all the finer items you love to have but don't always find, and also some pleasant surprises that you would think most owners would not bother supplying. But these folks did. Easy choice to go back to if we stay again in Vienna.

Romantique, cosy et idéalement placé!

Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour à Vienne et pas seulement pour cette magnifique ville. Cet appartement a contribué à la réussite de ce voyage. Ca paraît trop parfait et beau pour être vrai mais c'est réellement la première fois que je n'ai rien à dire sur une location de vacance. Les propriétaires sont charmants et pensent à tout. Il ne manque rien et la décoration est d'un goût très recherché et soigné. Si vous voulez aller à Vienne, nous vous recommandons ce bien sans aucune hésitation. Marie et Rémy / Paris / FRANCE

very very good, perfect appartment

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Vienne. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux, beaucoup d'attentions laissées dans l'appartement: fleurs, documents, ingrédients pour le petit déjeuner, gâteaux.....L'appartement est tout neuf, très propre et bien situé: le bus est proche pour accéder aux lignes de métro et aux monuments.... Nous pouvons contacter les propriétaires aisément, ils répondent rapidement à nos questions. Ils sont même intervenus pour réserver le taxi. Nous vous conseillons de louer cet appartement et nous le recommanderons sans problèmes à nos amis. Cordialement.

Besser geht’s nicht

Vom ersten bis zum letzten Augenblick war der Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment perfekt. Äußerst liebenswürdige Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern bereits im Vorfeld und auch beim Check-in. Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung sind optimal. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert!

Komfortable, ruhige Wohnung mit guter Anbindung

Wir haben eine Woche in der Wohnung verbracht und wollten Wien erkunden. Super Check in / Gastgeber. Hat alles prima erklärt. Die Lage ist zentral und mit der U-Bahn ist alles bestens erreichbar. Es gab kein Wiener Sestieri, das wir nicht gesehen haben. Danke an die Vermieter.

Wunderschönes Apartment in super Lage

Das Apartment im 3. Bezirk lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist fantastisch, die Autobushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, in 5 Minuten ist man am Karlsplatz. Die U-3 ist 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die Wohnungslage ist absolut ruhig, allerdings ist spätes Duschen sowie das Laufen der Klimaanlage von den Nachbarn nicht gewünscht. Trotz größter Hitze haben wir die Klimaanlage daher nicht genutzt. Der Empfang sowie die komplette Abwicklung und Betreuung der Vermieter ist wirklich Erste Klasse. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Perfect apartment for a great Vienna experience

We have just returned from a wonderful four week stay at this very comfortable apartment in Vienna. The owners have furnished it to a very high standard and it is scrupulously clean. The location is perfect, two minutes walk to a shopping street with a choice of restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets but the apartment itself is vey quiet as it looks out over an inner courtyard. We tended to walk into the centre but there is a regular bus service from just outside the front door, and tram stops and underground are a five minute walk away. The owners were very responsive to our queries and warmly welcoming on arrival. We are looking forward already to our next visit to this lovely apartment.
