Hi Diane, we want our guests to rest easy and feel fully supported during their stay, so we're sorry to hear you had trouble with the TV and didn’t receive the help you needed. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We double-checked all communication channels and didn’t receive any calls, texts, or messages during your stay—otherwise, we would have responded right away.- Before every check-in, we send guests a detailed message with contact information, and we also provide a welcome letter inside the home with clear instructions on how to reach us for anything that comes up.- After your stay, our maintenance manager inspected the TV and confirmed that it's working properly.- We truly wish we’d known about this issue while you were still at the property so we could’ve helped resolve it in real time.Thanks for your feedback so we can continue to improve support for all future guests.
