This updated 3 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom spacious Townhouse in Mammoth Lakes California is located next to the Snowcreek meadow with spectacular mountain views. This spacious corner unit, has a 3 story floorplan offers plenty of space for the whole family to spread out, with two primary suites. Cozy up together in the living area with wood burning fireplace with custom stone surround, large flatcreen Smart TV with Apple TV, and enjoy those incredible expansive views from the private balcony. You can be the grill master and enjoy the private BBQ gas grill on the upper balcony. The updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, comes completely stocked with all the kitchenware needed to prepare family meals, and has plenty of seating in the dining area that seats 6, with additional bar seating. The condo offers a rustic mountain feel, offering all the conveniences of home, complete with laundry room with a private washer/dryer. On the lower level the master bedroom features a relaxing ambiance with King bed, flatscreen TV with Apple TV, private en-suite full bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in tiled shower. Enjoy an attached deck with outdoor seating for your morning coffee, or a home office space if you must work remotely. The second guest bedroom offers a King bed, flatscreen TV, and access to the shared ground-level deck, and en-suite full bathroom with shower. The third bedroom on this lower level features a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and access to a shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. The open loft is perfect for the younger visitors featuring a Queen bed and two Twin beds. The home also comes with a secure external equipment storage closet at the entrance for all of your gear. Snowcreek offers spas, saunas, and grassy knolls in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a hike in the meadow, a cross country ski trek, or a snowball fight while taking in nature's majesty. This home is located close to Stop 4 of the Red Line Mammoth Shuttle, and close by is the new Mammoth Recreation Zone offering year-round recreation activities, and the La Kings Ice rink in the Winter. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces, is non smoking and does not permit pets. It is on 3 split levels, has its own private front door and 3 steps to the entry. Guests will be provided two parking passes. This was a great condo to stay in! Room for everyone and the 3 bathrooms make a real difference. This was the most well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, knives, measuring cups, cutting boards etc. Grateful for all the firewood on the patio. Plenty of hooks in the entry hall for coats, helmets & bags. Storage closet outside the front door locks and it's great to keep ski great. Book this condo, you won't regret it.

Great Family Rental

Rental company was very attentive and got us a couple things we needed very quickly. The unit was spacious and perfect for our big family.
