Welcome to your dream city retreat! This modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom house is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring designer décor, premium furnishings, smart lighting and sound, and electronic access.
This stylish space can sleep up to six, and with a cafĂ© next door, and restaurants, galleries and supermarkets just down the road, itâs the perfect base from which to explore the city.
Kitchen/Living:
The gorgeous lounge is inspired by mid-century design, featuring locally-sourced dried flower arrangements and an art wall composed of archival photos of Christchurch, so you can see some of the Garden Cityâs rich history. With plenty of natural light and smart lighting, speakers and TV, itâs easy to set the mood no matter what time of day.
Outside, a private, fully-fenced, north-facing backyard is perfect for a drink and snacks in the all-day sun.
The fully equipped kitchen includes premium appliances and amenities (see below for a full list) and a dropleaf dining table with extra seating.
The cozy sofa folds out into a queen bed with a full mattress â no uncomfortable springs!
The Forest Room:
Relax in luxury with a king bed featuring a deluxe Sleepyhead mattress, premium linen, and smart lighting/speaker system. The room has both block-out blinds and floor-to-ceiling semi-sheer curtains, depending on your privacy requirements. Itâs also double glazed for excellent soundproofing and warmth.
If you need to get some work done, the corner office space has a designer desk and chair, with extra wall sockets and a wi-fi extender, to make sure those video calls never drop out.
The room also includes a full walk-in wardrobe with a luggage rack, and an ensuite with tiled shower, heated towel rail and vanity and Eco Store amenities.
The Garden Room:
A queen bed boasts a deluxe chiropractic mattress and premium linen, a speaker, and wireless phone chargers in the bedside lamps. The room also has block-out blinds and semi-sheer curtains, and is double glazed for soundproofing and warmth.âŻ
It's situated next to a fully tiled bathroom with heated towel rail and Eco Store amenities.
Laundry:
The laundry has a separate washing machine and dryer with laundry powder for you to use.
All bed linens are high-quality cotton. All beds have premium pillows, with firm and soft options, and the duvet inners are high-GSM NZ wool.
All sheets and towels are provided by Canterbury Linen Service, professional launderers who supply the local 5-star hotels.
As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a sofa, 50 inch smart TV, and plenty of natural light.
Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival, we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Parking: this property does not have an allocated carpark; street parking is easily available outside of work hours but can be hard to find during weekdays. The Line 80 bus stop is across the road. We suggest downloading the MOOVIT app to easily see bus timetables.
City noise: despite excellent sound proofing at the property, this location can be subject to noise from pedestrians, traffic, establishments and neighbouring properties. The local bars and the café/restaurant next door are respectful, and they close early, even on weekends.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. There is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours, to cover express cleaning.
Property is subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
