We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. Thank you for providing such a lovely place to stay! Just a friendly reminder to future guests to read the listing carefully, as bed linen is not provided and guests are asked to take their rubbish with them. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely space to have the family for the weekend. Plenty of duvets and pillows to keep them all warm and comfy. Homely with all the essentials, made for a great stay.

Great place to stay. Absolutely beautiful views of mountains from kitchen and lounge. Love how private it felt with being nestled in bush. Great fully functional kitchen with everything you’d need for cooking a meal. Great size lounge and kitchen which catered well for 6 adults. Shower had good pressure. Not far to walk down to lake. Fire place was amazing, plenty of fire wood, and pumped out the heat very well for living areas. Bedrooms all had heaters along with hallway which kept everyone nice and warm on frosty nights/mornings. We would definitely want to come back and stay.

Tree encircled sanctuary

We had a brilliant stay here, it was the perfect size for 2 families and well equipped for us to spend time together and recover inbetween tramps.

Simply gorgeous. Very well thought out space. Exceptionally clean. Very warm. Enjoyed the local walks, down by the lake is suitable for pram. A little temporary baby proofing would be required by guests if the baby could crawl- which would be doable without bringing anything extra. Luckily our baby can’t quite crawl. It was all the soul goodness of hiking without carrying baby up a mountain. Hope to stay again.

Beautiful Home with Stunning Views – Great for Families

We recently stayed here with three families, all with young children, and had a fantastic time. The home was warm and cosy for our winter stay, beautifully maintained, and perfectly laid out for a larger group. Stunning views, a great location, and everything we needed was right at hand. Communication was quick and easy throughout.We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to others.Just a note for families with little ones. there are stairs, including a ladder-style staircase to the mezzanine. Our kids managed it fine, but something to be aware of depending on your family.
