>>By attending the property, you agree to the terms of the Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent for signing at the time of booking.
>>Guests must provide a copy of their ID (front and back) and a selfie photo for security and insurance purposes.
>>For reservations made within 3 days of arrival, we require guests to provide a selfie while holding the credit card used for the booking as an added security measure. This helps us verify the validity of the reservation and protect against fraudulent transactions.

>>A security deposit (bond) is required and will be authorised separately.
Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction.
>>No schoolies or toolies permitted.

>>The property hosts up to 4 adults comfortably. Larger families/groups may be considered upon request — please contact us in advance.

>>Special requests ( ie extra bedding) must be made 48 hours in advance.

>>Same-Day Booking Policy: Bookings must be made before 6:00 pm. Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access.
>>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.)
>>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond.
>>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking
>>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges.
>>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

Situated above Little Cove Beach. Peekaboo views of water. Comfortable bed, lovely deck with covered and uncovered areas, washing machine and nespresso. Appreciated having a dedicated parking space. There is a lip into bathroom that you had to be aware of so as not to trip and shower was small with a step in and nozzle hitting below your head making some challenging moves in order to wash hair. Overall it was fine but lacked the personalized experience that we got with other rentals that were direct bookings.
