Positioned at the end of Peza Court, this townhouse captures the essence of riverside living. Perched on the curve of the canal, it provides a breathtaking panoramic view of the river from every space. 

Conveniently situated between the lively Hastings Street and the charming Gympie Terrace, this holiday haven offers the best of both worlds. Enjoy a scenic 5-minute drive in either direction to explore the bustling cafes, restaurants, and boutiques.  Whether you're seeking vibrant energy or a laid-back riverside ambiance, you're just moments away from it all.

The space 

Enter through the secure gates of the complex to discover your private one-car garage and adjacent covered designated guest car space.

Upon stepping inside, the townhouse welcomes you with an abundance of natural light flooding the interiors. Ascend the stairs or pass by the fully equipped laundry and powder room at the entry into the open-plan living. 

The expansive open living and dining area provides ample space for relaxation, featuring a six-seater dining table, two couches, and a smart TV — all furnished for comfort and engaging conversations. The arch design framing the panoramic river view adds a touch of Mediterranean charm, evoking reminiscences of coastal allure.

The living area opens out to the alfresco overlooking the spectacular Noosa River. Take advantage of the sandy beachfront accessed with just a few steps from the waterfront patio, equipped with a Weber BBQ and outdoor dining. Additionally, the whole family can relish a refreshing dip in the sunny complex pool (please note that it is not heated).

Upstairs, the master bedroom with a queen bed, built-in robes, and a walk-in ensuite provides a delightful retreat. The balcony offers views of the Noosa River waterways, creating an ambiance as if you're right on the water. The Juliet balcony adds a touch of Mediterranean allure to this waterside abode. IMPORTANT: Please note that there is no protective gate on the alfresco area providing direct access to the river. It is imperative that you exercise vigilance and assume responsibility for supervising young individuals, as this area poses potential risks.
