From Sea Breeze you can stroll to the Surry River and beyond to the beach. Situated at the edge of the Narrawong village and a short 10 minute drive to Portland, this is the perfect beach house to relax, unwind and soak up the ocean. You might even see a whale!

Cook in the gourmet kitchen, enjoy two indoor living spaces, plus outdoor dining space on the front patio. Two bedrooms have queen beds, another has a double and the final bedroom has twin beds. An additional single roll-away bed is available on request.

Unwind in style, surrounded by the soothing sounds of crashing waves and the fresh coastal breeze. Sea Breeze will capture your heart, and you'll want to return again and again.

Please note that any use of BBQ's/Grills or any other fire-based cooking or heating device is strictly prohibited from use on the deck and must also be cleaned after use, or a cleaning fee will apply.

Both the washer and dryer are available for guest use. There is also a laundry line located to the side of the house. Please note the garage is not available for guest use.

Narrawong does not have access to town water and so everyone in the community is dependent on tanks to store their water supply. Please be mindful of unnecessary water usage. We ask that if you have a boat, you do not use the outdoor hose to spray it down and instead utilize town supplies located at boat ramps. Hot Water Service is powered by solar and will need time to reheat between large amounts of usage.

To help keep the house comfortable and bug-free, please remember to keep all doors to the outside closed, especially in the evening and overnight. Insects are strongly attracted to indoor lights, and even a door left open for a short time can let many bugs inside.

Please be aware for the safety and security of guests and the property, there is a security camera located under the balcony near the front entrance. This camera monitors the entry area only and does not record any indoor spaces. Footage is used solely for security purposes.
