This cabin was comfortable and suited our needs just fine. Not the nicest, but felt fair for the price as it was on the lower end of options available. A few things were worn or in need of repair (like the toilet paper holder was broken), but nothing major that really affected our stay. The pans and cutting boards in the kitchen are in rough shape so bring your own if you intend to cook. Location was good with a walking trail just across the street.

The home was very clean, I was really happy about that. Lots of space and extra beds. I was a little confused at why the max occupancy was only 6, when there were 4 twin beds and 3 queen beds. I would think it should be about 9-10 persons. We stayed 6 days and would have liked some basic cleaning supplies, besides the glass cleaner and bleach spray. Countertop spray, floor cleaner and a mop/bucket would have been amazing to keep the home tidy during longer duration stays. The home is about a 12 minute drive from Heavenly Village, was comfortable and in a very private, quiet neighborhood which we also loved. I recommend a stay here :)

A few suggestions that could improve future stays:Screens on all windows (laundry, downstairs bedroom missing screens)There was no air circulation/flow in the upstairs. Ceiling fans may help. Additional wastebaskets in the bedrooms would be helpful.Providing dresser space or at least closet access in the bedrooms would make organizing traveling clothing much easier.A fenced-in yard for pets would be ideal, though we’re accustomed to leashed walks and took our pups out daily around the neighborhood.Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good value. Thank you for hosting us!

A few tweaks and it could be great

Positives: Great location and close to all amenities but in a quiet residential neighborhood adjacent to walking/biking trails. Beds are comfortable and there's room for a large party. Kitchen and living room areas are comfortable and well appointed.Negatives: Poor ventilation and no screens (mosquitos) on the windows in the bedrooms. No fans or ceiling fans provided to assist with ventilation until we asked (property manager provided on the second day of our stay). Icemaker is not connected and you'll need buy ice if you want to use more than supplied by ice trays. New carpet and paint would help freshen up the appearance of the cabin.

The house has plenty of room and a nice trail nearby. It had everything we needed to cook our meals and even do a load of laundry before we left. Communication with the property management was clear & easy, and they were very responsive.
