Our stay was amazing. Check in and out were very easy and the flat was very well located -- it was a quiet neighborhood but easy access to the U-bahn for getting to Marienplatz and Oktoberfest. 100% would stay again.

Oktoberfest stay

Stayed for Oktoberfest, great place, about a 10 minute walk to the train station. Was a straight shot on the U6 right into town and the festival. Doner place right next store which was awesome.

Short trip to Munich

The flat was nice, lot of space, everything there. Restaurants nearby, only a few minutes walk to the subway station.

A great place and location

The property was perfect for our 9-day Oktoberfest and Bavarian vacation. A 10 minute walk from the nearby metro station. 5 min from grocery store and restaurant.

Walkable in Munich

This place looks exactly like the pictures. We were able to navigate quickly around the neighborhood and school to find the train station. We went to Oktoberfest one day and the toured Munich the following day. It was a nice neighborhood and the apartment was very comfortable. Thanks for letting us stay!!

Very nice property close to stores and vclose to trains.

Very quiet. Had to take the train to Octoberfest very easy ro maneuver. Had a bit of an issue finding the place bur she kept in contact and we made it. Great Turkish foodtruck next door great food! Close to grocery store.

Quiet Get-Away in busy Munich

This little gem is located in a quiet, upper middle-class neighborhood. An Aldi is a 10 minute walk for convenient shopping. The metro is a brisk 11 minute walk through the neighborhood, but the metro came every 10 minutes so it was super easy to get to downtown Munich (about 15-20 minutes). Get a Streifekarte (stripcard) or Tageskarte for 2-5 people. Very affordable. The loft was well maintained and supplied with the right ammenities (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker) as well as clean bedding, kitchen, and bath towels. Nice Fewo with easy access to Munich city center.

Communication okay. Access to key safe through garden gate. Lean over and open it from the inside! Door locks resist easy opening. Push back door to lock, lift front door at handle to lock. Electric stove top does not work reliably. We were not able to cook a meal. Before you put coffee filter container back in coffee machine try out which way it fits ( it does fit!). All over: acceptable to satisfying but not perfect. We found cheaper Fewo‘s in better condition on our trip!

One bedroom studio

We started off on a bad note, as there were ants on the counter when we arrived, but we ran the dishwasher and removed the garbage bag right away while we waited for maintenance to bring traps. It was also quite hot that night, so we requested fans - thankfully 2 were brought (No AC units). The beds were fine, and the linens clean. The bathroom has a timer fan, and no window, so we used one of the fans in there when needed. I would not call this a loft, as that implies raised. It is ground level - actually 2 steps down from the sidewalk. There is a mini mart for sandwiches and sodas next door, but it is not loud. There is a park across the street. Street parking is free, and street sweepers come by daily, but no one moved their cars. Weird. It was a 20 minute walk to the train station. You can buy a ticket, then stamp it before boarding to get to downtown Munich. There are spotty groceries available at the 3 gas stations within walking distance. There are German and Italian places to eat also within a 15 minute walk. There is no washer/dryer or iron, and we were unable to find a laundromat nearby.

Bello lo spazio ci siamo trovati bene, letti comodi e pulizia perfetta. La chiave si trova dentro al cancello ma poi la porta da aprire era quella esterna sulla strada . Questo non si era capito. La casa ù a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana U6. Englischer Garten raggiungibile a piedi. La serratura della porta andrebbe migliorata, si fa un po’ fatica ad aprire e chiudere la porta di ingresso. Quella sul retro non si apre (credo sia voluto).

Vorgefunden, wie vorgestellt

Wir haben uns wohlgefĂŒhlt. Standort war fĂŒr unser BedĂŒrfnis optimal. Eine Mischung aus Innenstadt (mit der Bahn), Allianz Arena (fußlĂ€ufig) und Ausflug (Auto) ins Umland. Alles ging ganz easy. Nur beim Checkin haben wir erst auf der Anfahrt erfahren, wie es ablĂ€uft. Da wĂ€re eine frĂŒhere Info wĂŒnschenswert.

Schöne Wohnung, hundefreundlich da alles ebenerdig

Schöne Wohnung mit kleiner KĂŒche und zweckmĂ€ĂŸiger Ausstattung. Das Bad ist schön gerĂ€umig. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, obwohl verkehrsgĂŒnstig gelegen.Es ist auch am Tag im Wohnraum etwas dunkel, da Ikea Regale als Raumteiler zum Eingang vorhanden sind.

Netter Kontakt

Diese Wohnung kann ich leider nicht bewerten, da wir auf eine andere vom gleichen Anbieter ausweichen mussten. Aber dies klappte problemlos und der Kontakt zu der Familie war sehr nett und unkompliziert!
