Newly built and thoughtfully furnished with all-new décor, this charming retreat is ideal for a relaxing getaway or an extended stay in the heart of the Pacific Northwest.



Step inside to enjoy the open layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a bright and inviting space for cooking, dining, and unwinding. Every detail has been curated to provide a cozy yet stylish environment, perfect for making you feel right at home.



Step out to the charming front patio, where you can relax with your morning coffee or fire up the BBQ for an evening meal. Whether you're enjoying the peaceful outdoor space or gathering indoors, Bridge City Casita is designed for comfort and ease.



The location is simply unbeatable. Just five miles from downtown Portland, you’ll have quick and easy access to the city’s vibrant culture, restaurants, and attractions. Plus, you’re only two blocks from Providence Milwaukie Hospital, making this an ideal home base for professionals or visitors. With plenty of shopping, entertainment, and grocery stores nearby, everything you need is within reach.



We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

We had tickets to a musical at Chapel Theatre and the Casita housing location was within walking distance (less than 15 minute walk) which was perfect as the theatre had little parking.

Cozy, comfortable stay, close to Portland but in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was so comfortable (that is not always the case for us). Plenty of space to stretch out. It was so nice to have laundry in the house since we were traveling for more than a week. We didn't cook in the kitchen bur we were able to set up our pour-over coffee station and enjoy. Thank you for having ice and cold water available.

We had a wonderful stay at the Casita. It was beautifully decorated and close to everything. The beds were very comfortable. It was quiet. It was nice having air conditioning, TVs, and the washer/dryer. The Casita was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I loved the house. Very private, quiet and well decorated. My son and his family moved to Woodstock so we will be visiting often and plan to stay here again.

Great long weekend

We had a lovely stay at the Casita in April. We enjoyed all the natural light, the little patio for morning coffee, the couches, and the efficient heat/cooling. We didn’t cook but the kitchen had good essentials for cooking and eating. The location worked great for us, very quiet and peaceful but only a 15-30 min drive from all the Portland restaurants and venues we wanted to go to. 11 min from the airport too! Easy check in and check out (they even waived the early check in fee for us), and prompt responses from the hosts whenever needed. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Rental

We had such a wonderful stay. We were in Portland for medical appointments and this was our home base.This home was perfect. Just the right size and everything we needed, plus being very clean.The communication from the Management team was also A. They were very organized with information and quick/helpful with all responses.Honestly I can’t say enough good things about this rental. I just wish I could keep this place a secret, so I don’t have competition when I come down in the future.Thank you for everything!
