Forest Guest Suite Near Picton Centre (Pet-Friendly &Hot Tub &Park Pass)

Set back from the road, this charming and bright apartment sits on 2.1 acres. The environmentally protected escarpment at the back of the apartment and its natural landscape ensures privacy. The apartment is also lined with mature trees including flowering Catalpa trees offering extra privacy. The advantage of the central location with the Glenora Ferry, Lake on the Mountain, plethora of surrounding breweries, wineries, boat launches and all the conveniences of Picton only minutes away.

The entire guest suite has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms exclusive to the guests of 6 people and 3 children under 10 years old at max. Every room has bright rooms and looking to the private, surrounding garden. Rooms have blankets, comforters and either queen or king beds. 3 bedrooms are sharing the large, bright open concept living and kitchen area. From the living room, there are 2 accesses to the raised patio overlooking to the spacious garden.
The property includes an attached 1+1 suite occupied by the owners. The entrance to the suite is completely separate and located at the back of the house, where the owners have their own patio. The only shared space between the owners and guests is the driveway.

Guests have full access to the entire guest suite, front patio, surrounding garden and firepit. The front patio also features a barbecue for only guest use, where guests can enjoy their breakfast or supper.

The parking is free and it is part of the garden. We have 6 parking space allocated for the guests. We also provide daily pass for Sandbanks.

We offer a Tesla wall charger, available for our guests to use at no additional cost. If you have a different electric vehicle, you can charge it using your own converter.

We have a hot tub that accommodates 6 people, offering guests a relaxing spa experience with a beautiful forest view.

Baran and Emre were excellent hosts, they were very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The home was thoughtfully and intentionally equipped, making it an extremely comfortable space to relax in. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus and truly elevated the experience.

Beds were very comfortable and linens were perfect. Some of us enjoyed the hot tub - a nice treat. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! Location was beautiful and very close to all amenities, Hosts were super quick to reply and very accommodating to our request to arrive a bit early. Would definately stay again! We were a family group of adults ranging from 23 to 80 years old. We were there over the Thanksgiving weekend. The hosts were very prompt with responding to any questions and requests and were extremely helpful. They were very friendly and personable when we met them in-person. The property is well appointed and the kitchen is outfitted incredibly well. The four out of five rating for the property condition is only because there are some minor repairs that could be done - for instance, a few tiles on the kitchen floor were loose and the master shower could use an update with the fixtures. But these are very very minor and did not impact our stay whatsoever. We would absolutely stay there again. The fire pit was a wonderful touch with all the firewood prepared, Baran even cut some smaller pieces for us when we requested it. The hot tub was fantastic and very comfortable. The beds were super comfy and there are plenty of towels and blankets. We brought our very large dog and there are leads on the front yard for tying out which were handy when using the fire pit. The road is fairly busy so I just walked our dog around the grounds when we were onsite. Again, we will not hesitate to come back.

This is a very nice place to stay. It felt like a home away from home. We stayed here for a fishing trip. We will definitely stay there again.

The house looks good at first but there is a very bad smell in it, something like soil basement and humidity. It is also dark inside and makes the stay quite unpleasant. There was a lot of dust on the air vent and ceiling fan. One of the shower is old and needs to be renovated. The towel bar is rusty.

Beautiful property ideally situated for downtown Picton as well as wineries and beaches. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything needed. Thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit which was well stocked with firewood. All communications were dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner. Would thoroughly recommend.

Emre and Baran are very quick and helpful in responding. They provided excellent and easy to follow instructions for an easy check-in/out process. The house was very clean and well appointed. It was a short scenic drive to many restaurants and shopping options. We had a lovely stay. Would consider returning if were ever back in the area.

Boys weekend get away

6 young men enjoyed their stay. Beds were comfortable and house was great. Hot tub was a plus for the cooler weather. Fire pit was nice. Enjoyed the Sandbanks passes and the general area. Highly recommend.

Great spot!

Lovely spot and quite just a bit outside of Picton but not too far. It was a clean place and had everything we needed kitchen wise, except could have offered plastic wrap or tinfoil so we could store things in the fridge better. Otherwise nice place and well kept.

Great location for family getaway

Loved this location in the county for a getaway with our adult kids. We loved the hot tub, walk up to Lake on the Mountain with the dogs. Close to Picton and wineries. Great size for our family of five.

Very pleasant stay in a 3 bedroom 2 bath property with a hot tub and a well supplied kitchen, wood stove and a smart TV with Netflix. Conveniently located about 7km from Picton in Prince Edward County. Picton has some lovely shops along Main Street, plenty of grocery stores and is along the wine route! Highly recommend this property!

A nice time away

We truly enjoyed our time here. The house was clean and extremely well-appointed with everything we needed. As Baran had promised, the hot tub was open and ready for us to use and he provided wood and kindling for the wood stove. The washrooms and kitchen were clean and well-supplied and everything worked exactly as it should. My only observation is that physical access to the house and hot tub was precarious due to the ice and snow... it was extremely treacherous getting into the house from the driveway and getting to the hot tub from the house. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would certainly stay here again.
