This home was great for 2 families to share on our stay in the mountains. We had plenty of space for the kids and we loved the well laid out kitchen. The home was a great base for our outings in the area.

Mountain Get Away

Stopped in for a couple of nights and had a fantastic stay! The house was recently renovated and was incredible. Close to all the breweries and wineries you could possibly enjoy.

Fabulous weekend stay

Lovely Farmhouse Perfect to Reconnect with Family

This house is perfect for a large group to come together and reconnect. The renovations are done very well, there are a ton of amenities, and very clean. Set in a very quiet area and close to everything we wanted to do. Our favorite house yet!

Beautiful farmhouse

This house was a perfect spot for our weekend getaway. The home was spotless and beautifully updated. We enjoyed the use of the outdoor fire pit as well. The house is close to many wineries and breweries. We would definitely visit here again.

Great restored 1920’s farmhouse. Our 3 children, spouses, grandchildren all fit very comfortably in the house. Kitchen area was a great craft center for the littles, and the baby had plenty of places to crawl.Communication with the owners was excellent.

Lovely home and property

5 of us (cousins) stayed here for 3 nights. The house was great and close to many vineyards and breweries. If we ever go back to the area, we will rent this home again. Thank you, Bryan and Sarah... you have a beautiful place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fulton Belle View! The property is beautiful, just as described and pictured. It is quiet and peaceful with a relaxing backyard and spectacular views. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, the AC/heating worked great, and having 3 full bathrooms worked great for our extended family. Plenty of towels and linens provided. Washer/dryer worked well! Easy drive to Charlottesville. Plenty of parking. So close to many wineries and breweries to enjoy. Communication with the owners was so easy...they always responded quickly! It was easy to access the home with the keyless entry touchpad. We would definitely love to stay here again!!!

Family Wedding in Area

This beautiful farmhouse offered comfortable settings for our small family gathering whether the front porch, back screened in porch, kitchen or living room. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable as well. The kitchen is modern and clean. It was the perfect place to enjoy some time together and also enjoy some local wineries and distilleries and oh yeah, a family wedding as well. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect for Friends Gathering

The seven of our group of close friends were there to celebrate a birthday. We love to cook and the kitchen was exceptional for all the cooking and baking that we did. The house is very comfortable with ample space in the bedrooms. I love the attention to detail and comfort, such as the nice towels, plenty of supplies and lovely decor.

Wonderful property!

Six of us stayed her for a girls trip to celebrate a friend's 40th. We loved the property and the views. Everything was as described and we would all recommend this property. It was a short drive to some Wineries and 30 min to Monticello.

UVA Graduation Home Base

Sarah was over the top helpful with making sure that we had a fantastic experience. Location was beautiful and near vineyards and brewhouse. About 25 minutes from Scott Stadium at UVA. Very highly recommend.

Wonderful weekend

My girlfriends and I had an amazing girls weekend at Sarah’s beautiful home. The house was so well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Our favorite part was sitting on the front porch rockers. We cannot say enough positive things about this home…perfect location, close to hiking wineries, great food. We would definitely come back again!
