Located on the 6th floor of the Hyatt Centric in Park City Mountain’s Canyons Village base area, Abode at Alpine Penthouse is designed to feel like your home away from home with the addition of ski-in/ski-out access, world-class resort amenities and sunny summer trails at your doorstep.



Featuring expansive, open living & dining spaces, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, cozy fireplaces throughout, and multiple private balconies offering sweeping mountain views to enjoy with your morning coffee & breakfast – It doesn’t get much better than this! With four well-appointed suite-style bedrooms, each with private spa-like ensuite bathrooms, this spacious 2,700 square foot condo comfortably accommodates 14 guests with room to spread out, perfect for mountain memories to be made with family or friends.



A warm welcome awaits you at Abode at Alpine Penthouse. Make an entrance into your private penthouse unit and be wowed by the double-height great room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Gather round the grand hearth fireplace on surrounding plush seating and recount memories new and old, catch up on your favorite shows in front of the flat screen TV or place your bets on a game of poker at the game table with a cocktail from the wet bar and the Wasatch Mountains as your backdrop. When your adventure-hungry group has worked up an appetite, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals and dine in style at the dining table with seating for 10, or spread out to the four-seat breakfast bar or either of your private balconies set just off the kitchen & living areas.



When you’re ready to rest your head and recharge for another day of alpine adventures, take your pick from one of four luxurious suites throughout the penthouse. The master suite provides a thoughtful and comfortable living space with a king size bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and full ensuite bath with double vanities, shower and deep soaking jetted tub to transport you to your own private spa experience anytime of the day. The second guest suite features a cozy king bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with a shower. A third guest suite offers two queen beds, flat screen TV, private balcony with views of Canyons Village, a wet bar with microwave and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub. Finally, the fourth guest suite is perfect for the kids or group with two twins over a king bed plus one set of twin/twin bunks, flat screen TV, wet bar with microwave and ensuite bathroom separate shower & tub.



Family & friends will enjoy all the on-site amenities of the Hyatt Centric including ski valet, heated outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, sauna, steam room, fully equipped game room with billiards, ping pong, board games, flat screen TVs and more, plus an on-site restaurant and bar lounge. One secure garage parking spot is available for guests driving into town or exploring further corners of Utah, however transportation to all areas of Park City including Park City’s Old Town/Historic Main Street and Deer Valley Resort is a breeze with Park City’s free transit system, a complimentary shuttle (seasonal), local rideshare companies or our luxury transportation partners.



Tucked away in Canyons Village, surrounded by Rocky Mountain skylines, Abode at Alpine Penthouse is your convenient base camp for alpine adventure & indulgence, no matter the season. The Hyatt Centric is located just 3 miles south of Kimball Junction for Redstone Shopping Center and the Olympic Park, 4 miles north of downtown Park City, Old Town & Park City Mountain base area, 6 miles northwest of Deer Valley Resort, and 34 miles from the Salt Lake City International Airport.



*Sunrise Gondola is currently under construction and is impacting road traffic, access to the resort and residences will be maintained but slightly impacted.

*Sunrise Lift is operated by Vail Resorts, weather dependent and subject to Vail’s opening date.

**Please note, Hyatt Centric requires a $40 + tax resort fee per night. The Hotel will collect this fee upon check-in and guests will be responsible for payment directly to the Hotel. The Resort Fee includes: Pool access, fitness center access, internet access, amenity upkeep and unit keys regardless of guest use.
