Right by the ski lift with parking just outside the entrance, the location makes loading gear and getting to the slopes quick and easy. There’s a convenient spot at the front for a quick drop-off and extra parking a short walk away if the closer spaces are full. Thanks so much for staying with us, Rick, and for highlighting that the condo was clean, convenient, and comfortable. ​ On the early check in, any fees are a flat optional charge we use to cover the extra scheduling and staffing it takes to guarantee an arrival before our standard check in time, even when the condo is already cleaned. Sometimes housekeeping finishes early, but we still have inspectors, maintenance, and hot tub routes happening right up until regular check in, so we can’t always open the door early at no cost without impacting the rest of the day’s schedule. ​ We really appreciate the feedback and will keep looking at how we handle early arrivals so expectations are as clear as possible before guests book. ​ - Dave and the Simple Vacation Rentals Team

Communication with Simple Vacation team was timely and complete. I asked a few questions through text and they responded quickly. The location was perfect at Pico. Everything we needed was there. We made breakfast each day and it felt as if we were home. We made a fire each night and was very comfy watching TV with a fire going. Being critical, we couldn’t find kitchen towels to utilize. Other than that, it was a flawless stay. If the unit was for sale. I’d consider buying it.
