Nouveaux matelas, nouveaux meubles lit king-size, nouvel Ă©cran plat de tĂ©lĂ©vision avec Smart TV dans le salon. nouveau tapis Ă  l'Ă©tage, linge de maison d'hĂŽtel, oreillers et Ă©dredons en duvet, nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle. The place was clean and as described. Firewood was included which was nice. Everything was functional and the condo is well located. Amenities were at the opposite side of the complex so we didnt end up using them but photos look good.

Excellent location. True ski in and ski out, these condos are right next to killington grand resort, and there is a convenient parking lot. Kim (the host) is wonderful, very responsive and kind. We left something at the condo and she mailed it to us- above and beyond!! Two couples stayed comfortably at this condo, and pictures were exactly representative of the condo.

Your grandparents house

Between all the Nick Nack’s, plus too much furniture made the place have a very ackward feel. Plus, don’t look at the mattress protector until you’re done sleeping, or else you won’t.

Communication with host is difficult

Overall location is convient. Property will work for the need. Bathroom is updated but overall property is dated. On day 2 code to door wasn't working and tried to rectify this with host. Made it very clear that their profession does not allow to respond in a timely matter. My family was locked out for 3 hours and that is the time it took the host to respond. I would not recommend this property to anyone or any owned by this host. There were mouse droppings on the kitchen counter so had to put food items out of reach from the rodents.

Good enough

The stay in this condo was good enough to meet our needs. We enjoyed the fireplace. We were able to cook. I especially appreciated the very comfortable mattress. It’s a little longer walk to the slopes than I had thought from the listing. No shuttle on weekdays either. I think this unit is listed as a luxury condo in other listings. It might have been luxury in 1990; nothing had been updated since. And I really don’t care about the decor but the excessive fees made me assume it would be luxurious. I searched for a unit for 4 people. Was charged $30 for an additional person. Charged $70 for sheets on top of a cleaning fee and service fee? I tried messaging the owner to negotiate but they “accepted my request” to rent, my card was charged and there was no turning back. (VRBO is impossible to communicate with). She never responded to my email to negotiate. For the cleaning fee and service fees I’d expect to not see dust bunnies rolling on the floor. Would’ve been a 5 star review had the fees not been so insane. Beware using the “message host” to rent button.

Great stay in Killington!

Great stay in Killington VT. Host was amazing - thank you Kim for your help with us registering/staying at your condo near Killington, VT. 3 of us stayed the 1st week of Feb 2024. Perfect time to ski at Killington bc the mountain was empty. Felt like w head most of the mountain to ourself. Condo was clean and within steps (10 min walk) to actual lift at one of the bases at Killington mountain. I love that there were carts available to throw our luggage on, so we didn’t have to schlep that to the condo.

Killington Christmas present

Our family Xmas present was a long weekend to Killington. Although my husband and I had been to the area for a weekend a number of years ago with a work event. It was our 26 yr old son’s 1st time. His girlfriend joined us and we had a great time! The 20 somethings did a lot more skiing then the boomers who are intermediate beginners at best. However between the property and resort there was something for everyone!! We all loved the ski home trail back to Trail Creek! It was quintessential! The fireplace as well as the sauna and Jacuzzi at the Amenities Ctr were a perfect end to the day. Kim was great to work with as we were able to coordinate both an early and late check in/check out with her. Great location and everything you need! Would definitely stay at Trail creek again! Hope to be back some day.

Closest condo complex to the mountain. This is the side of the mountain you want to be on for activities like tubing, restaurants and bars. Ski home easily and walk to or shuttle to and from snowshed from this condo complex
