Welcome to Seascape Suite!
A clean and comfortable 1-bedroom suite with a king bed and a double pullout couch. This beautiful unit works well for couples, solo travelers, or small families (up to 2 adults + 2 children) looking for a simple, practical place to stay.
The suite has access to all the shared Seascape amenities, including the terrace overlooking the harbour, oceanfront dock, beach, kayaks, crab traps and games. Large powered locking shed for e-bike travellers. It’s a great mid-tier option if you want to be on the water without the higher price point of our larger or more premium units.
PLEASE NOTE: **There is NO ocean VIEW from inside the suite itself. **SEVERAL stairs lead down to the water and dock area. You can enjoy the view from the terrace without having to walk down stairs. For anyone wanting to access the dock with mobility issues this unit may not be suitable for you.
Seascape is a small boutique oceanfront hotel property located just a 10-minute walk from downtown Sooke. The property consists of 5 separate units that share the dock and outdoor spaces.

-Nestled on a stunning 2-acre oceanfront property, Seascape offers a serene escape just a 10-minute walk from vibrant downtown Sooke. Enjoy easy access to local attractions, including the Sooke Museum, Seaparc Recreation Centre, Galloping Goose Trail, Sooke Potholes, DeMamiel Creek Golf Course, and a variety of shops, restaurants, breweries, and hiking trails.

The property features five private units, each with its own entrance ensuring a peaceful and independent stay. Shared amenities include a private parking lot, a large private dock, direct beach access, and a scenic oceanfront terrace overlooking the harbour with a grassy area perfect for relaxation. A communal laundry facility is available for guest use from 9 AM to 7 PM.

Adventure awaits with two complimentary kayaks (first-come, first-served) for exploring Sooke Harbour’s tranquil waters. Guests can also try their hand at crabbing with provided crab traps, offering a true coastal experience. October to March is prime season for catching abundant Dungeness crab right off the dock!
