This house was terrible! It had dust a cobwebs everywhere. Our first night there, we attempted to take a bath in one of the upstairs bathrooms. Upon turning the water on, we discovered that the bathtub faucet was releasing dirty water. We opted to let the water run for a few seconds longer to clear the waterline. Shortly after letting the water run, water begun to pour from the ceiling onto the kitchen floor. Once the bathtub faucet was turned off, the water stopped falling onto the kitchen floor. Management were contacted immediately following alerting them of the situation. They then asked if it was raining. They were told that it was not raining and I expressed to them that the leak was coming from the upstairs bathtub. Management stated that they would be sending someone out to fix the situation. However, no one came. Mops were purchased to clean up the water because there wasnât one available in the house. When pulling covers back to go to bed, we discovered hair along with urine stains in almost all the beds. All bedding were removed to be washed. Upon attempting to wash, we discovered that the cartridge meant to dispense laundry detergent, fabric softener, and bleach along with the cartridge insert area was extremely molded. Before we could use the washer, we had to manually clean both before use. While washing clothes, water started to flood into the kitchen from the washer. Kids got sick. The next day one of the showers and two of the toilets stopped working.Disaster
