Had we been made aware, we would have promptly sent our maintenance team to address them. In Texas, especially during the warmer months, outdoor spider webs can appear quickly despite regular cleaning and pest control, which is why we encourage guests to let us know of any concerns while they're at the property. Regarding the spa, we were first notified on July 4 that it was not heating. After troubleshooting, we determined that the pool equipment settings had been changed, which prevented the spa from operating properly. Once we identified the issue, we restored the settings and worked to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing every guest with an exceptional experience.
