Peaceful, well maintained, clean house on a beautiful property. Definitely the nicest rental we’ve stayed in and had no weird bedroom and bathroom setups. We’d come back to this one!

Amazing place to stay with the family for a weekend getaway. Could not ask for a better experience. Fishing was incredible and the amenities were top notch. We will definitely be staying here again. Owner was incredible and even let the kids feed the cows. If you are looking for a weekend to get away from the city, book this spot!

Great place and location! Perfect quick getaway and fun fishing in the ponds. Campfires and much needed down time.

Beautiful, well kept

We stayed just a couple nights at this lovely property. Clean, well kept and easy to get to from surrounding area. The ponds and woods behind them have a well kept trail that circles the property - a very fun short hike. Owners are easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Great hidden gem

Great place to get away. Quiet and beautiful.It is a new property, so the grass hasn't quite filled in yet. So if it is rainy, recommend a set of "outside" shoes.

Absolute Perfection

This home is the perfect getaway for a couple looking for relaxation and unwinding. My partner and I had a fantastic time here. The house is comfy and cozy and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The town of Bonham is an easy drive and has everything you need should any needs arise. Make sure to try Best Donuts! They are delicious. We are adding this home to our list of getaways for rejuvenating the soul. The host was also so attentive and accommodating. Perfect in every way!

Great place to stay!

Met up with family for Christmas. The cabin was clean and accommodated our needs. We appreciated the attention to detail. Very comfortable bed. Absolutely loved the large kitchen island, plenty of space for prepping our Christmas meal and wrapping gifts. It was rainy so didn’t get to be outdoors and enjoy the pond or porch as we had hoped. We did catch a break in the weather and built a fire in the fire pit. I’d advise taking boots if the weather is going to be rainy as it’s very muddy at the back and side of the cabin. The front parking has a nice surface with no mud and ample parking for a few cars. We highly recommend and would love to visit in the spring or summer.

Cattle Drive

The cabin, and property surrounding is perfect. We could also tell it is brand new! We have stayed at so many vacation homes, and this gem is at the top of the list. We enjoyed the fishing pond behind the cabin (caught a nice bass!), took the paddle boat out in the 2nd pond (so much fun!!), and enjoyed the fire pit just steps from the deck. The kitchen is well equipped and the gas grill outside is a great touch! The stars are incredible if you are lucky enough to stay on a clear night. We slept amazingly well in the cozy bed and appreciate the quiet peacefulness this cabin provided. Exactly what we needed! Oh and a perk (BIG perk)- they happened to be moving some cattle across from our cabin (close to our check-in time) and asked if we would like to be part of the event! It was super cool!!! The owners are beyond kind, and we cant wait to visit again.
