House was exactly what we wanted. Very clean, plenty of room, and close to the lake for fishing everyday. Very well stocked, with anything you would need. We will be back! The only improvement suggestion would be a bigger driveway to turn your boat around in. It’s manageable as is but would be better if it was a little bigger.

Spacious house, that has undergone a beautiful renovation. The barn space was an added bonus for parking our boat. I will definitely stay again. This place could easily sleep 8.

House was great, felt like we walked into our own, very clean and everything you need,,,,they have it stocked that way. If it's a 5-star rating with 5 being the best, I give it a 6.

Great place!

This property is close to the south boat ramp. Is very clean and cozy. Has plenty of room for vehicle and boat. Even has a shop that you can put your boat in. Will definitely stay there again.

Good convenience and communication

Host was very helpful with our stay and allowed us to check out later than posted. Property has tons of room and all the bedrooms have queen beds which was nice. Will stay here again.

Beautiful Space!

Overall, the place was perfect. Everything listed was available to us, but the only downside was the lack of cleaning supplies for the unexpected weather
 It was rainy the days we visited so we had to tiptoe around tracking in mud. Even then, we cleaned up majority of the mud (90% of it) and it still was a pain. Other than that, it was an excellent place to relax and cook out in!

Very Conveinant to the Water and quiet

Good Spot, everything worked and we had no maintenance or functional problems. My only 2 critiques: plenty of parking for boats, but hard to turn them around in driveway. Also, the front door access lock was inconsistent

This house sits 1 mile from the boat ramp on FM 897 at Bois D'arc lake. This lake just opened and is a huge fishing attraction. Our property has a distant view of the lake and beautiful sunsets. If you are looking for a relaxing place to unwind this is your place.

The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath very spacious home with 2 living areas. There is covered boat storage in the shop behind the house. Washer and dryer available. Fire pit behind the house with wood available to get you started.
