The apartment was just what we required for our stay, it was clean, functional and had everything you could want, great area just outside the craziness of Queenstown but close enough to enjoy all the area has to offer - would certainly stay here again

I was a solo traveller with no car & this property was too far out of town. Although there was a washing machine & dryer there was no ironing board & no wardrobe to hang clothes

Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the location didn’t fully suit your needs. While the property is located a short drive outside the town centre, there is a bus stop approximately a 5-minute walk away with a direct route into Queenstown, which many guests find convenient for getting around. We also appreciate you highlighting some areas for improvement regarding the amenities, and we will certainly take this on board as we continue working to enhance the guest experience. The studio itself is lovely, but I’d make the following suggestions:1. It would be helpful if the words “Clarendon Mews” were included in the address as it was very difficult to find and I had to get some assistance. I would hate to have arrived there at night time.2. The lack of wardrobe space was frustrating and I had to hang my clothes on the back of the bathroom/ laundry door. The small cupboard with coat hangers was inadequate and only suitable for children’s clothes.3. The lack of car parking space immediately outside the accommodation should be flagged in the advertising, but adding there is parking on the street.4. The 500 “bond” is excessive and ought to be repaid immediately, not 5-10 working days after the event. 5. I have yet to find the relevant bin for putting general household waste in, so I ended up bringing my rubbish home to dispose of. Not good enough. This is a very expensive accommodation and as it stands, not worth it.

For clarification, “Clarendon Mews” and parking information are included in our pre-arrival messages to all guests. Parking information is also listed in the advertising description. Instructions on household waste disposal, including the location of the bins, are also provided before arrival, and we’re always available to assist if anything is unclear. Regarding the $500 bond, the time that this takes to be released into your account is dependent on your bank and unfortunately out of our control but rest assured that this has been released and should be with you shortly. We really appreciate your comments and will continue to review how we communicate these details to make stays as clear and stress-free as possible for future guests.
