Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed this cottage. The location was perfect for our son’s East Cobb baseball tournament, and the home was comfortable and well-suited for our family.Our only issue was at check-in, as the home was not ready upon arrival, which made for a disappointing start to our trip.That said, the owners responded immediately, kept us informed throughout the process, and had the home ready before we returned later that evening. Their communication, professionalism, understanding, and genuine empathy demonstrated their commitment to making things right and ultimately earned our trust.From that point on, everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our stay and would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

Charming Cottage

Lollipop cottage is a good choice for a stay in Roswell. It is ideally located within walking distance of lively Canton Street and its nightlife as well as many of the local places of interestThe cottage appears to be newly renovated but it is an old structure and this shows. It is tastefully decorated and has most of the essentials required for a pleasant stay. Check-in and out is a breeze.

Wonderful ! Wonderful! Beautiful cottage in great area. It is decorated beautifully. It is warm and cozy. Furniture is comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

The Lollipop Cottage is absolutely precious! We had such a lovely stay that my child would like to move there permanently. Ha! Thank you for the great communication and making it such a fun and easy week!

DO NOT STAY HERE!This property is in unacceptable condition. It is infested with cockroaches, spiders, and ants, with droppings visible throughout the house. The home was clearly not cleaned, inspected, or properly maintained prior to our arrival and appeared uninhabited for an extended period.The host failed to resolve these serious issues during our stay and could not even arrange a cleaning service. I had to escalate to VRBO directly just to get in touch with Evolve Property Management. On top of this, we had to go out and buy batteries because the keypad for the lock was dead and we couldn’t secure the property when leaving. Beyond the infestation, the toilets were stained yellow, the shower faucets were pulling out of the walls, and the couch smelled strongly of wet dog.I am still waiting for any response from Evolve Property Management or the homeowner on how they plan to address this misrepresentation. As of now, nothing has been done to rectify this unacceptable experience. Renters beware.*These are just some of the pictures of the pests. It’s pretty much throughout the house.*

Cleanliness and maintenance are top priorities for us, and we’ve already addressed these concerns directly with our cleaning team and pest control service. During the stay, we offered solutions, but we understand this guest remained disappointed. We’ll continue to make improvements so future travelers can enjoy the clean, welcoming experience we strive to provide.”
