The Space:
Make your stay in George Street your home away from home, from the moment you walk in you will impressed with the efforts the owners have made to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Freshly painted and very clean this home is best suited to a family or two couples. The open plan lounge and meals area are a great space with a lovely treed outlook from all windows, as too is the kitchen with plenty of storage and bench prep area. All 3 bedrooms are located together at the end of the property with the bathroom located in the middle of all. Heaps of room for the kids to play cricket, or kick the footy in the fully fenced backyard, surrounded by stunning mature trees and Anglesea birdlife. If you're looking for a beach house that is close to everything but won't break your budget, look no further this one!

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
