Great place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family loved our stay. Condo in perfect condition. Great location for walking to many activities. Grandkids were so happy to see almost daily visit by a huge black bear who walked by just below our deck. We would for sure recommend this property!

The location was excellent with the ability to walk to the Heavenly Shops and gondola as well as several coffee shops (ex: Trailfolk Coffee) and bars (ex: South of North) and Tipsy Putt. Also, there is a Target 5 mins away!! The condo was comfortable for 8 adults. Very clean with all the necessary items provided (tp, shampoo, dishsoap, laundry pods, etc.) The bunk room in the basement had its own a/c unit which was helpful to keep the room cool at night. The shuffleboard table could us some leveling as it was a little lopsided or warped and was challenging to play. The only other negatives would be the lack of bath towels -- there was only 1 bath towel per person. I would have preferred 2. And the main guest bed only had one pillow and one decorative pillow per person, again, would have preferred 2 sleeping pillows per person, however, neither one of these were a deal breaker. The rental company was responsive and easy to deal with. I would recommend this unit!

Thank you for letting us know about the shuffleboard table. We have inspected it to ensure it’s working properly for future guests. Also for future guests to note, we provide one set of bath towels, per person for your stay and there is a full laundry room with laundry detergent provided, should you want to freshen towels between each use. We also keep extra pillows in the closet, should you need any. Our team is available 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST and are happy to help right away should any issues arise during your stay. Thank you for staying with us!

There were too many issues with the house. The main issue is the refrigerator was broken and couldn't be fixed. The host was very responsive and got someone to come look at it and try to fix it but it couldn't be fixed. Also, the downstairs shower head is broken, the toilet paper holder was off the wall, the blinds don't work, and the basket was missing from the coffee pot.

For future guests to note, these concerns have all been resolved. In addition, the home has a new French door refrigerator installed, and it is working great! Our teams are available 9am to 6pm pacific time 7 days a week. We also have an after hours team available 24/7 via text or phone call. We are more than happy to assist with any maintenance concerns that may arise. We hope that despite these issues that you were able to enjoy your time in South Lake Tahoe!
