We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The property was spotless, beautifully organized, and very well maintained. - Stayed for a month from out-of-province and it felt like home.- Spacious unit located in upscale, family-oriented, safe and friendly community (never did I feel unsafe even while going for a walk at night).- Unit has two separate bedrooms providing extra privacy.- Complete kitchen with dining area so you can easily cook for yourself and dine-in.- Washer and dryer provided within the unit so no need to go out to do laundry.- Very convenient location with all amenities and shopping within minutes by car. Starbucks, Rexall, A&W, Popeye's and other stores located within walking distance.- Local recreation centre is literally across the street, so one can easily maintain one's fitness routine (for reasonable short-term fee).- Super friendly host who is very communicative and responsive and is keen to ensure your highest satisfaction.- Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Surrey.

Immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided. The kitchen had everything we needed. Coffee and sugar were there.Overall, everything was wonderful!

James was a wonderful host, he made sure we got in and responded to any questions within minutes. The property is clean, specious, and very comfortable . We slept great, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and we even did a load of laundry. The location is nice and safe and very close to highway and also Walmart and groceries. Recommend this place

A lovely stay while we were visiting family. The space was larger than we anticipated and the host was friendly and kind. Both bedrooms were comfortably sized and included desks and closets for storage. The kitchen had all necessities including a common area with a smart television.The suite is in a basement, so there are stairs as indicated in the listing. The host lives upstairs and was very accessible for assistance when needed.We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the nearby Recreation center trails to walk in the evenings. The neighborhood is very quiet but conveniently located near services (like a Starbucks) and the highway for quick travel. We will definitely stay again while visiting family!

James' property was just what we needed during our hockey tournament. There was alway a parking spot out front. So close to the highway for travel but no highway noise. Lots of space for the kids. And the price couldn't be beat. Would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant stay for six nights, beds are comfortable, laundry is convenient and minutes walk to Fraser Heights shopping center; James is very responsive and helpful, we had good rest in the property. Will come again next time visiting Vancouver.

The host, James, was so easy to communicate with - very quick response and thorough. Very pleasant, especially when we ended up at the wrong door!This is very well appointed, clean suite. And the washer/dryer is a bonus. Great location if you are visiting family-friends in Surrey.

Suite was very organized, tidy, clean and asthetically pleasing. Host was very kind and responsive to any requests. It was like a second home to us. Enjoyed the backyard. Surrey and surrounding areas have many wonderful experiences to explore ie. Hiking, cycling, walking.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:WE ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY AT ABOUT 11PM ON THE 28/06/26. THE HOST JAMES,WAITED UP FOR HAS AND HELPED US WITH OUR LUGGAGE TO OUR LODGEMENT. OUR BASEMENT APARTMENT WAS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY HAD TWO BEDROOMS WHICH WE REQUIRED AND WAS WELL CONTAINED FOR ANYONE WANTING TO BE SELF SUFFICIENT. I DID ASK JAMES FOR AN IRONING BOARD AND AN IRON WHICH WAS PROMPTLY SUPPLIED. THE APARTMENT WAS ROOMY, AIRY AND SPACIOUS AND SUITED US VERY WELL. THIS IS BY NO MEANS A CRITICISM BUT I THINK THAT AN IRREMOVABLE LARGE CLOCK /RADIO MIGHT BE BENEFICIALFOR SOME GUESTS. WE FOUND JAMES TO BE A VERY GENTLE,FRIENDLY PERSON WHO WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP US WITH ANY QUERIES WE HAD. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE AND A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. THE LOCATION OF HIS PROPERTY IS GOOD BECAUSE FOR SOMEONE WITHOUT A CAR ITS ONLY A 10 MINUTE WALK TO SHOPS AND TRANSPORT. THE APARTMENT IS SUITABLE NOT ONLY FOR INDIVIDUALS BUT ALSO FOR SMALL FAMILIES ON VACATION. PERSONALLY I FEEL THAT THE ACCOMMODATION WAS FAIRLY PRICED AND NOT INFLATED ESPECIALLY DURING THE MONTH OF THE 2026 WORLD CUP. IF I WAS TO EVER FIND MYSELF IN VANCOUVER AGAIN I WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN STAYING AT JAMES'S PLACE AGAIN. ON THE NIGHT PROIR TO OUR DEPARTURE JAMES CAME TO SAY GOODBYE TO US WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY RESPECTFUL AND THE FOLLOWING MORNING ON DEPARTURE WE GAVE EACH OTHER A GOODBYE HUG.IT WAS A PLEASURE TO STAY IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT JAMES.BEST REGARDSGEL GHION
