Welcome to your cozy home away from home in South Surrey, BC! This 2-bedroom basement suite offers the perfect blend of comfort and style, making it the perfect choice for your next getaway or work related travel.
As you step inside, you'll be impressed by the modern décor and open living/kitchen area. The living area is perfect for winding down at the end of each day and the fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime a breeze. Bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the suite for ultimate privacy.
The two cozy bedrooms each offer a comfortable queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings, so you can truly make yourself at home during your stay. There is also an additional double sofa-bed in the main living area. Whether you're here for a work related trip or a family vacation, this suite has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.
Step outside and take a dip in the hot tub after a long day of exploring, or enjoy a glass of wine under the stars. With the hot tub, you'll have everything you need to relax and rejuvenate.
The location of this suite is perfect for those looking to experience the best of White Rock & South Surrey. With its gorgeous beaches and endless dining options, you'll never run out of things to do. Take a stroll through the White Rock farmers market, visit the nearby shopping centers, take in a concert at Blue Frog Studios, or explore the scenic trails at Campbell Valley Park.
At the end of the day, return to the comforts of your cozy suite and unwind in front of the TV or in the hot tub. With all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including high speed Wi-Fi, in-suite laundry, workspace, gorgeous bathroom, convertible dining area, Netflix/Prime/Crave/Cable TV, you'll have everything you need to recharge and rejuvenate.

Things to note:
1. There is shared brand new high end hot tub for you to enjoy. This is located in a shared space and may not be available for your private use at all times. Use of hot tub is available between 8am-10pm only.
2. Please note there is no dishwasher, but otherwise, is a fully self contained basement suite.
3. There is free street parking right in front of our home and the suite is accessible by a private entrance through the fully fenced/gated backyard.
4. For your security and ours, there are two outdoor security cameras at the front of our home and at your entrance gate.
5. No smoking/vaping/drug use of any kind in the yard or on the property and please be courteous with regards to early morning or late night noise.
6. Bring slippers as the flooring is vinyl plank and you will be much cozier wearing indoor footwear.
7. Our family of 4 (children ages 13 + 15) and our 3-legged dog, Bella the beagle, reside upstairs so please do expect noise that comes with an active family of four residing in the main area of the home.
8. The person who books the suite must be staying. No booking the suite on behalf of others.

We are within walking distance to beautiful The Hills at Portal golf course, historic Peace Arch Park, The Glades Garden Park, Dufferin Park (for your little ones to play), liquor store, hair salon, Semiahmoo Athletic Club (CrossFit) and The Bennett restaurant/pub.
Getting around: It is ideal to have a vehicle for this area of South Surrey. The closest access to public transportation is 2.4km away. Uber and taxis are also available in our area.
