The Space:

Inside, you’ll be enveloped in tranquility. The spacious bedroom is cocooned in artful wallpaper, with delicious scents that complement the calm atmosphere. A secondary room features a large desk and comfortable seating, perfect for those who wish to immerse themselves in their creative process. The luxurious bathroom is a sanctuary in itself, with a beautifully tiled bath designed for pure relaxation.



A well-equipped kitchenette provides everything you need for easy living — including an air fryer, fridge, and all the everyday essentials — along with the convenience of a washing machine for longer stays.



Step outside onto a stunning covered terrace with seaviews, shaded by a canopy of vines, offering a seamless connection with the surrounding nature. Relax indoors and outdoors with views of the lush gardens that add to the peaceful ambiance of the space.



The guesthouse is ideally situated on the ridgeline of Coromandel Road, one of the island's most sought-after locations. From here, you can take in breathtaking sea views and enjoy the close proximity to some of Waiheke's most beloved beaches, including Sandy Bay, Enclosure Bay, and Palm Beach. Another nearby gem is The Sacred Blessing Gardens—an absolute must-see for nature lovers. All within a short walk including the local bus to transport you to most of the island attractions including restaurants, cafes, local artist galleries and shops.

Other Things to Note:

Owners provide coffee (plunger & instant); tea, sugar and beach towels and beach umbrella. We provide milk, all linen and bath towels. Owners will provide a Continental breakfast of muesli bars; fresh fruit; wholemeal toast bread; butter and jam for a two night stay for 2 people at an additional cost of NZ$20.
