Great for short and long-term stays

This fully-furnished three-bedroom, two- bath was perfect for a longer stay. All the necessities and many conveniences are available. The neighborhood is a little older but friendly and nice for walking around. There is a small backyard (enclosed on three sides) which offers some privacy for relaxing or some games. It is on a little hill, so there is a good amount of natural light in the morning and evening. The hill is a little steep but my sedan didn't have a problem as long as I went slow. The extra bedroom is great for setting up an office, study area or for exercising. Also, the owners were always responsive and helpful (but rarely needed since the house is in good condition).

Clean and Plenty of Space

We spent 5.5 weeks at this house while my husband had some Air Force training. Was plenty of space for us and our baby during the stay. House appeared to be recently renovated and felt very clean! Plenty of cleaning supplies were provided for the duration of our stay, and kitchen had everything we needed while away from home for such a long time. Everything felt as advertised in the photos. Very safe neighborhood, and although a bit hilly, it was a nice and quiet neighborhood. Communication with the homeowners was very professional - they answered any of my questions very promptly and we felt they were very attentive to our needs.

Uncomfortable Stay

Seems to be a fairly newly renovated property however there were-random screws about the property along the edge of carpeting and along the windows sills-the pile wood being utilized as a bracelet board under the bed cut my childs leg (may want to trim back slightly near corners)-listing states no pets however there was a large amount of hair/fur through the property.-linens were covered especially the towels-used soap bars displayed in every bathroom (unsanitary)-dirty used sponges displayed in kitchen-lose/stable chair legs-Hair clinging to the towels and cabinetsRegistration states wifi information is provided at the unit and it was not. We fully checked in fairly late and it was not. Contacted the host which brought about the u comfortable situation of our military statusPersonal view the host asked a good bit of questions about us personally. I understand military members like to share info. However the host stated he looked my husband up in the global to gain more information but could not find him and continued pressing that he likes to know more about people staying at his property. Insuatinating he was lying about his military status.-when checking into a hotel that type of information is not required nor expressed to guest staying at th property it was quite uncomfortable.
